5.2 Diet will do it for me

  • I have been dieting for years. But the weight keeps piling on. So Here I am starting the 5.2 for the second time. This time I will achieve my goal weight.
    It’s my New Year resolution to get to my goal. And I know that I will get encouragement from here. thanks.

    Hey Ananz! Well drop the dieting, because this is a lifestyle and not a diet 😉 Seeing how it’s your second time I won’t bore you with tips, just ask if you need anything! Even if it is ‘just’ encouragement!

    I loved it when i was on it before so it is just getting back in there.
    and staying positive this time. and making it MY WAY OF LIFE thx
