1st week..ooosh!

  • So, my husband went back to work on Monday,my kids went back to school and college so I thought it would be a good time to start!
    Initially Mon & Tues I was just healthy eating, less white carbs, more veg, lean meat ect, but after I read up on this new way of life, I thought I would try 2 days fasting. Wed and Thurs I fasted, saving my meal for the evening with only a few calories taken from it with the skimmed milk in my tea. It was fine, both days flew by. Today I ate porridge for breakfast made up with water & a few raisins, the fast has been so easy that I haven’t eaten lunch, a healthy beef stew with roasted veg for tonight and even a couple of cans of beer!
    I do hope to stick to this for the long term, I need to loose about 8 stone I think, but after the initial weigh in have took the batteries out of the scales as I want to see physical results and have taken measurements instead. Sorry to ramble on, am going to Brugge in 4 weeks and would love to look slightly less! *fingers crossed*

    I probably will only have 1, but have allowed for 2 to track my calories and its still coming in at 1300cals in total for today so not too bad, but I see your point. 🙂
