so i have finished my second fast day, for tea i had a chopped up chicken breast a whole red pepper and 5 chopped up mushrooms with a side dollop of caramelized onion! what did everyone else eat for the fast day dinner ? 🙂

@keeleyjs I started 5:2 at the beginning of November after reaching a 2 month long plateau on calorie restriction. I lost 35 lbs restricting calories, that was since Feb 2013, and have lost another 14 lbs on 5:2 …total 49lbs in a year. That’s an average of just under 1 lb per week.
I still have 12 lbs to go to my next target and 19lbs to my final target Hopefully I’ll reach that final target this year sometime!
