  • Second week into The Fast Diet. The first week I lost 2.5 pounds! Have been sticking to the AFD (alternating fast days) and can’t WAIT until in the morning. Yesterday was able to slip off my jeans without unbuttoning/unzipping them. Something good is happening 🙂 Have managed 500 calories on the fast days and sticking with 1500 or less on the Non-Fast but eating whatever I like on those days. And exercising on the FAST days. Here’s hoping!
