Tjep: loving it so far

  • Well, I started July 7th with this fasting. I had seen the program witch Michael Mosley (for the second time) and I thought, this is perhaps the one diet that I can actually sustain, as it involves no dieting. I prepared myself for loosing the weight slowly, but i have been very wrong. Not even two weeks on and my weight has dropped from 109.8 kg to 105.1 kg this morning. I’m not dieting on my nonfasting days, but I do try to eat more salad and vegetables. But to be truthful, I’ve also eaten Chinese. I actually tried to do 3 fasting days in the first week, but managed only a half and i really dont think I could do 3 days in the long run. And I don’t think it would be wise to speed up the weight loss. Needless to say I’m very happy with these results. I’m sure the weight loss will slow down, but if there is any possibility of dropping below 100 kg in a short time, I’m in.
