  • Hello Everyone,

    I am 27, living in the UK and trying this diet for the first time cause I love the scientific approach.
    I would really really like to lose 44lbs I gained during an illness.
    I was always slim and fit and I feel horrible and depressed with my body right now.

    Today is my first fast day and I am honest: I am soooo hungry right now 😆
    I can’t wait for 7:30 p.m. so I can have dinner.

    About me: I am a student studying forensic anthropology, love swimming, reading and knitting (sounds weird but keeps me from snacking) 😄

    I happy to be here and excited to see what happens!

    How did you end up faring Sporangie? How did you feel the next day? The days after fasting days are my favorite. If you’re around in this forum in October, there are a couple of October challenges you may want to join in on. I’m a part of a September challenge and it’s great to be in a group consistently doing their best at ‘going for it’.

    I was chronically ill for several years, so I know how that feels. Great that you’re able to go swimming!
