I just fancied reiterating just how much you can do on your fasting days (and show off a bit..)
This photo (if it lets me post it) is from the highest point on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path in South Wales. I finished the last of it’s 186 miles that day. I’d only had water since 8pm the night before and felt amazing.
I walk for two days every fortnight and one of them is always a fasting day. I can’t believe how much energy I have. Loving it! Going to walk ’round the whole of the coast now. Only 470 miles to go! 😀
