  • Day 8 Belfast NFD ๐Ÿข๐Ÿท๐Ÿ—ก๐Ÿ’ช16:8.

Had a good but ‘relaxed’ FD yesterday – didn’t count but came in around the 700 cal mark I reckon.
Yesterday, I went down and signed up as a volunteer with the Red Cross. It is a community project to support people over 18 who have become isolated. For the first time since my retirement, I feel quite excited about my role. It’s funny what stopping work does to your self esteem without your really realising it. ๐Ÿ˜€
@basyjames – I’m so glad for your result! I was recalled the year before last, but all was OK, so I feel your angst!
@bellyblast and JonnyR – no shame… life happens!
@steffieagle – my boys did the national parks trip a couple of years ago, and OS, who is widely travelled, said he never been anywhere more beautiful. It’s on my bucket list!
@cleo120 – very happy belated birthday
@maayyaa – your recipe sounds lovely. It has encouraged me to experiment with it on my next fast day.
@coda – I’ve done headstands, backbends and handstands (well the prep for it๐Ÿ˜œ!!) in yoga. I don’t do it often enough to fully succeed. However, I CAN still do a full cartwheel! It’s a confidence thing. I hope you report back to say you’ve done it. It might spur me on!

When you read about the awful global weather, it makes you feel guilty about moaning about the rainy

No booze or sugar since last Saturday. Now comes the hard part. Happy weekend everyone and stay safe. Xo

Day 8, Reykjavik, NFD -1.0 kg (week 1)

It s been a tough first week. Not altogether happy with my performance, but still Iยดve managed to get into the rythem needed and hopefully it will be easier from here. I need to add to my activity and workout and that will be my goal for the 2nd week. I feel like I need to add to my game if Iยดm to reach my goal of losing 4 kg in September.

@annemarilyn – thanks for the hydration tips and yes Iยดm from Reykjavik Iceland (born and raised).

A good day and weekend to you all.

    Day 8…….Florida…..NFD I think?

So, as many of you know, I’ve taken on a new challenge through flylady.net, in attempts to declutter and downsize my unneeded personal crap! So, I’m in the kitchen this week….. So, as I’m giving my kitchen a good scrub down, I have moved something’s to there rightful places. Since this occurance, I now have a random alarm going off at 4:45am, waking up the whole house! So, I’ve just spent the last hour finding every item with an alarm on it and moving it all to the garage. The further east room from the bedrooms.
So, I’m cruising on 4 hours of sleep today!

P.S. I don’t have a dirty home, it just amazing how much crap and unnecessary items can accumulate over time. It’s just a matter of ridding myself of the unnecessary chaos in my life…….

Now, on to Miss Irma….. Apparently, she’s shift again towards the west. Which means it’s closer to my home. We’re as prepared as we can be, now the only left to do is hit our knees and let our faith lead the way.
@penz…… I’m not sure where in Florida, you are or where north your headed but be safe my friend.
As far as eating, I’m a bit all over the place, hoping to rein it in a bit today! I’m up in the scale department but that’s just par for the coarse not to worried about.

Okay,, well I must be off…. my dryer needs a new roller, so I’m off to get the numbers so hubby can run to the appliance repair shop and get it fixed.

My husband told me to stop acting like a flamingo, so I had to put my foot down!

    Day 8 UK NFD

    2nd post.
My 34″ jeans were starting to feel a bit big. So after walking the dogs this morning, I looked out a pair of 32″ unused Levis my son rejected some 4 years ago… ok, there’s a fair amount of flab hanging over the top, but I am wearing them! Considering I saw in the new year in size 40″ jeans, I am very happy ๐Ÿ˜€

    Day 8 – FD – Boston MA

Hi there! I’m hoping to hop on board (if a bit late) to this monthly challenge. Though I’ve been fasting for a couple of weeks, I had my sister’s wedding this past weekend which I’m only now just recovering from (as well as my monthly cycle, which always puts a few pounds on). Looking for some extra motivation to keep me moving forward.

The below are my record since Aug 31 (wt measured first thing in morning):

    Day 0 (Aug 31) 166.6lbs
Day 1 partial FD (no weight measurement – out of town)
Day 2 NFD – sister’s wedding – consumed over 4000 calories by my estimates (no wt measurement – out of town)
Day 3 FD (no wt measurement – out of town)
    Day 4 FD 167.6 lbs
    Day 5 NFD 165.2 lbs
    Day 6 NFD 166.2 lbs
    Day 7 NFD 166.2 lbs
    Day 8 FD 165.6 lbs

    Good luck everyone! ๐Ÿ˜€

Update – I did eat a light supper with my family. I told my wife 3 times I wasn’t eating but she forgot and made me a dish anyway. Since I headed to China tomorrow I decided to just go with the flow. It was probably around 500 calories.

At first I felt real hungry and thought I was going to have a tough time of it, but now my hunger faded. I guess my body is more flexible now.

Well I probably won’t post too much more for a while. I try to catch up when I’m back.

    Day 8 – Cuenca, Spain – NFD

Checking in. I did skip breakfast. My clothes still fit well.
Not much else apart from enjoying the holiday. Another week to go ๐Ÿ˜ŠSpain ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

    Day 8 Canada FD

    Thanks @debster251. Yes life happens!

@johnnnyr I had an east FD yesterday, hope your next one is the same

    @basyjames. That’s great news!!!

Have a healthy day on every level fellow September Challengers

    Day 8 – USA – FD

@bert1802 and Penz, looks like you might have to evacuate? Thinking of you both and all my friends in FL, SC and GA! Regarding Hurricane Harvey in TX, my niece did not have any damage and is fine; however, her many neighbors lost everything and her son’s daycare got completely flooded; my OH’s cousin who lives nearby got water up to her garage, but they evacuated with other relatives further north. @laurealice, good for you having dispatched 1kg! @cleo120, happy birthday! @debster251, wonderful that you are volunteering in your retirement. @daffodil2010, have fun in Spain!

    Norway, Day 8, NFD

I have been travelling with work and haven’t had the time to check in the past two days. I will read up on all posts tonight!

Work travel…4 flights, 4 countries in 30 hours. A lot of airport food. But I tried to stay sensible and not eat more than needed. I hope I didn’t eat too many kcal to ruin the week. I have a party this weekend in which I plan to just put the 5:2 in the closet for a day and enjoy life, friends, food and a lot of alcohol.

@coda Well, I wantet to get married (not a wedding, just to be married), my boyfriend was not so eager, but when I told him (as a joke) that I could name our baby anything I wanted without his approval (I was pregnant with our first), beacuse I had to confirm to the govenment that he in fact was the father beacuse we were not married. And if we did not agree an a name I could just not confirm him as a father and decide, haha. (I say it again, we were joking around, I would never do this). I think that struck him, that he had to be approved/confirmed as a dad was something that made him feel …something. So we just decided to do it in secret, just telling two friends beacuse we needed witnesses. We went down to the town hall after work, in jeans and whatever we were wearing that day, and just did it with no fuzz. . It was on Valentines day actually (coincidence) <3
It has been now 3.5 years, and I hate lying more than I thought I would. I am not a good liar, I never lie intetionally, so I don’t like it. I have a new job and it is a common qustion when you get to know new people, if we are married. And also friends and family are asking if we plan to marry. So, I was kind of hoping we could tell everyone and get done with it :p We’ll see. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thinking a lot about the people in Texas, in Florida and now in Mexico. It really feels like the apocalypse, just on the other side of the world. I can’t even imagine what it must be like to be there right now.
Happy fasting, and have a great weekend everybody ๐Ÿ™‚

    Day 8 – USA – FD

Second post: someone asked about leg cramps? When I started 5:2 and got comfortable with IF, I then started tweaking what I ate: low-carb, healthy fats and moderate protein (LCHF). My legs cramped a lot at night; sometimes I had insomnia. The answer, for me, was to supplement the loss of electrolytes by adding more sodium, magnesium and potassium to my diet. I started taking magnesium citrate (over-the-counter) at night and added more salt to my meals. Hope this helps.

Day 8 – USA (UT visiting) – NFD

Yesterday’s FD went well – just ate my perfunctory apple for regularity (who recently mentioned constipation? that works for me) and then salad and grilled turkey for supper.

Watching the hurricane news is almost unreal. We loved St. Martin for our 25th wedding anniversary trip – such a magical island. So devastated with this storm. And my parents were still alive in Ft. Lauderdale for Andrew – I remember so well my concern for them then. Irma is described as so much worse. The evacuation is underway, and how dangerous that can be.

@bert1802 and @penz — hugs and prayers for you as Irma approaches, looks like all of Florida is in jeopardy. Wow.

@metatauta – leg cramps have been part of my journey also but not so often now on maintenance. I have heard magnesium is a good answer. I may add that.

    Onward and downward all.

Day 8, Rocky Mountains, US, FD

Maintaining but going for another FD because going out for dinner with friends Saturday and Sunday.

    @cleo125: Happy belated birthday!
@basyjames: Good news! I am so glad for you!
@awilson and @annemarilyn: Air quality is still very bad. I miss my hiking.
    @bert1802 and @penz: Stay safe!

Have a good, healthy and safe Friday everyone! ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒผ

    Day 8, London, UK, NFD

Quick post & a little late checking in, yoga class last night, followed by pilates this morning, Iโ€™m going to feel them both tomorrow!!! Well the B2B2B went well, always relatively simple on work days. Congrats to my fellow mini-challengers!!!

Iโ€™m aiming for a VERY CD today, as the start of the weekend is usually signalled by the popping of corks!!! I need to make today a 20:4 minimum otherwise there will be snacking to substitute for vino like last weekend. Dry winoโ€™s stay strong this weekend, you know you donโ€™t NEED โ€˜itโ€™.

@bigviking โ€“ an 8โ€ loss is nothing to be sniffed at, an inch per monthโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ. Impressive!!!

Stay mindful over the ‘tricky’ weekend everyone, don’t let these 2 days derail the weeks efforts!!!

Day 8, South Wales, NFD (16:8)

Congrats @bigviking – that’s an impressive result on the trouser size!
@bert1802 and @penz hoping you stay safe as Irma passes by…
@fancyfinch – congrats and welcome – sounds like it’s been a great start to your 5:2 journey!

Day 8 – SW WA USA – NFD

After 4 FDs with small amounts of food, now to be controlled for the NFDs. Keeping the eating window shorter sounds like a good idea @flourbaby. Also, listening to my body as a couple of others mentioned, not eating just because… being sure I’m needing food.

    @bert1804 & @penz – are you needing to evacuate?

@maayyaa – thanks for sharing your recipe. Sounds like some yummy flavors!

    Yes, together we are stronger!

    Day 8 – Cumbria UK – FD

@penz and @bert1802 (it does sound like you might have had to evacuate from your homes already) and any others in Florida or in the path of the hurricanes – hope you all stay safe and sound. Also to those near the forest fires @redrockgirl302 @annemarilyn and @awilson thinking of you all too

Lovely hike this morning with friends – no rain for a change but rather muddy and slippery underfoot!!! We enjoyed our outing and had a good catchup with a cup of tea/coffee afterwards.
As I sit here catching up it’s raining outside and has been for the past hour……..Autumn is definitely in the air, with cooler temperatures but we are still hoping for an Indian summer ๐Ÿ˜‰

A good water/black tea FD so far and will probably have some of my homemade Kefir later this evening, instead of a meal – feeling good so far….

To my fellow pocket winos who are “dry winos” this September – nearly a 1/3 into the month – you can do this ๐Ÿ˜‡

Interesting read of what people do on FD and NFD – I also am one who only eats when I’m hungry, breakfast is never on my agenda as I don’t wake up wanting to eat, just enjoy a cup of tea with a dash of skimmed milk. Usually I break my overnight fast with a light brunch but sometimes not until early afternoon and then I have an evening meal. On FD I never eat until the evening, usually around 300-400cal meal – I don’t tend to make a special meal, eat a modified version of what OH has, although sometimes I do a water/tea with a dash of skimmed milk FD

@big_bill – great job on coming back from your holiday without the excess baggage
@yolina – glad it resonated with you x
@happymargo – I’m picturing you having a stern word with your car and it brought a “Fawlty Towers” sketch in mind where Basil(John Cleese) is beating his car up with a small tree branch ๐Ÿ˜„
    @basyjames – great news – such a relief ๐Ÿค—
@daffodil2010 – enjoy your time in Spain and hope that “swanky dinner” was fab
@cleo120 โ€“ Happy belated Birthday for yesterday ๐Ÿ’
@lindasue – nice to have you back – good to hear that you had a fab break
    @bigviking – great news on the smaller๐Ÿ‘–
@fancyfinch – welcome on board – sounds like you are focused already
@mari84 – thank you for sharing your story – I’m a firm believer in doing what makes you happy

Fellow Fasters today – Together We Can Do This and complete a successful FD ๐Ÿ‘

I saw this today and it reminded me of days when I stray from my TDEE (replace with your temptations!)
“Snaccident = eating an entire large pizza by mistake not forgetting the accompanying ๐Ÿท”

Day 8 Akron OH 4th B2B FD. Keep the flag flying, welcome fancyfinch. I will update you on the spreadsheet.
    Onward and downwards!!

    Hello all,
I am new to this site and am interested in participating in the challenge starting September 30. What do I need to do to join?
I am Franco-American living pastime in France, Mass and NH.
I have dome mono fasts in past with excellent results. It was so much better for me than managing a daily diet.
    Thank you in advance.

    Little add on:
I am Franco-American living partime in southern France, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

    Day 8-Albuquerque-NFD

I feel hungry all the time now (I ate lunch at 10:30 this morning)and at the same time I’m gaining weight. Feeling completely un-motivated.

@mimianne feel free to join us today for September!

Normally you start your first post of the day with the day of the month, where you are, and whether you are fasting or not (FD or NFD). For example “Day 8, UK, NFD” and then anything else you want to add or comment on. There is a spreadsheet that some people like to track progress in. Others, like myself, just post on the thread. So to join, just post ๐Ÿ˜€ Oh, and Welcome!

    Day 8 – ABQ – NFD

So quick check in. Yesterday’s FD went well came in at 452 cal, but today’s was completely thrown off. It was supposed to be the second day in a B2B fast, but my daughter and I were up all night. She’s only 18 months, but her 2 year molars decided to start cutting this week and last night was the worst so far. Since hubby is still in TX helping with Harvey clean up, I’m on my own. Sometimes it really sucks living 12 hours away from your closest family members. At least tomorrow is Saturday, and he comes back in the afternoon. I may try to make up for the lack of a FD today with another extra one next week (SUN? making it a B2B2B or maybe FRI making it 2 B2B with one NFD in the middle) we shall see.

@bert @penz I am praying for y’all and all the people in Irma’s path ๐Ÿ™

    Day 9 NZ NFD
What does BTB, B2B, and CD mean?
I measured myself to day and was pleasantly surprised at my losses over the week. Motivated to carry on ๐Ÿ™‚

    2nd post:

Mimi Anne: the title of the forum topic maybe could say “September, 30-day Challenge.” Each monthly challenge starts on the 1st and ends on the last day, but you can jump in any time you’re ready. There’s a spreadsheet to keep track of your info:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oHFqnmdzVCzauz5eJOzqQfuHywXgRwErhMyTS3MSHog/edit#gid=1811818541

    Day 8, Emden Germany, NFD

    Day 8 California USA NFD

Yesterday was a good FD and I’m down to 133 lb,, 60.3 kg this morning, a new low. My goal was 59 when I started, but I may reset that to 58 to have a little more wiggle room. I’ve averaged 1.3 pounds or about .6 kg per week. I lost it all doing 5:2, with only a few weeks here and there adding an extra FD.

My thoughts and prayers are with bert1802 and penz in Florida with this hurricane heading in. Praying that it will wind down some before it hits the coast. Stay safe. Prayers also for everyone near the fire areas which seem to be numerous around the country and world, and to everyone affected by the big earthquake in Mexico. This has certainly been a rough week, hasn’t it?

@mari84 – How about a compromise whether to disclose the secret marriage? You can tell people and he won’t. Sounds fair to me!๐Ÿ˜„

@mema02 – Welcome to the forum and to the 5:2 WOL! (Way of life) B2B means back to back fast days, 2 in a row. CD stands for a controlled eating day, where you are more mindful than usual even though it’s a NFD.

@debster251 – Good for you for volunteering in your retirement! How long have you been retired? I plan to be a total slug when I retire! ๐Ÿ˜ Bathrobe, books and internet til noon. The only thing missing will be the bonbons!

@bert1802 – I haven’t even thought about flylady for years. It’s a great website and I really need to revisit! Clutter surrounds me! At first I thought you were talking about some kind of hurricane alarm when you said alarms were going off in the night. Then I remembered those little flylady timers. ๐Ÿ˜„

@bigviking – Congrats on the size 32 jeans! That’s a huge accomplishment from stating with size 40 at the beginning of the year! Doing the Happy Dance for you!

@tenoro – Welcome to the forum and to the 5:2 way of life. A 1.0 kg loss is very good for your first week. Many of us average around a pound per week. Considering this way of eating is one that’s pretty easy to maintain long term, I think that’s a good rate of loss. Fasting also gets to be easier after a while. I’ve been doing this since May 10 of this year and have not missed any fast days, even if I’ve had to do them B2B some weeks. It’s great to have someone from Iceland here! That’s a place I’ve always wanted to visit.

Thank you for the welcome Big Viking,
I like the idea of interacting with others doing the same plan.
    Best to you.

    Thank you Keetseel.
I will get myself organized and sort out fasting days.
I will need to learn the abbreviations.
Looking forward to being part of this forum!

Day 8 Massachusetts USA NFD Tonight wedding festivities begin. I’ve eaten fairly lightly today. I won’t consume anything at tonight’s party that I can have on any old day of the week! Except a wine cooler!

    Day 8 North Wales NFD

    Day 9/NFD/Melbourne Australia

    Stay safe @bert and @penz.
    @okeydokey?

    Day 9 Sydney NFD

I am restarting 5:2 and would like to join you. My first fast day will be Sunday. Thank you.

Hello to @gratitude and @mimianne welcome i hope you find the challenge inspiring.

@keetseel sorry you are having a tough time. Look carefully at what you are consuming and see if there is anything triggering hunger. Are you drinking enough water maybe mistaking thirst for hunger? Are you keeping an eye on portion control? Just keep on keeping on and it will all click into place again.

I probably didn’t go over my tdee for my afternoon tea but it just feels like it. A few finger sandwiches a couple of scones with jam and cream and mini pastries – delicious but not the food I am used to eating. I had a body wrap and head massage as my treatment – heaven!
Yes @laurealice and @debster251 handstand class. I was out of my depth for a start lol. As a beginner in yoga the other girls (more than half my age) were a lot more experienced. I could tell from the off. Washboard and flat tums and bendy lol, so not a great confidence boost for me. But I was able to do some of the exercises building up to a handstand. The girl who took the class was great and encouraged me to give things a go. I was pleased at some of my attempts. It will take a bit of practice. As you say it is confidence and as most of the others were more experienced I didn’t want to make a complete fool of myself. Wow @debster251 I could never do a cart wheel, i am so impressed ๐Ÿคธ. So while I can’t report success I hope you still feel spurred on to give it a go!

    Day 8, Quรฉbec, NFD

Hi everyone and @basyjames. I did a lot of thinking in the past days and I decided to hop out of the September challenge. I will still eat mindfully, I am still sugarless and I reduced my wine intake. In fact I have acquired good habits and I entend to go on with those habits. However, I feel that I need a break at this point.

Thank you for all the nice help and the interesting exchanges of information.

Take care everybody, especialy those living in dangerous aereas. I might add that for the last 4 years or so I’ve been ending all my emails with the following sentence : ” The planet is not warming, it’s dying. “.

It is so sad to see all this going on !

    Merci et bonne soirรฉe xxx

Thank you @quebcoise for letting us know. Sorry to see you go but you know what feels best. Do drop in from time to time I am sure some will still be around, like me ๐Ÿข. Take care x

    Day 9 – Tokyo, Japan – NFD (1 of 9 B2B … ๐Ÿ™‚ ) 80.5kg

We’ll see how it goes … I’m not too crazy about real Chinese food so probably won’t be overeating. ๐Ÿ˜€

Today I did 201 of the arms back pushups. However I won’t have time to try to do more today. My 7 day fast seemed to have kicked my strength gains up a few notches. I often hear how some people that fast for 7 or more days think they put their bodies in to a starvation mode and end up packing on the fat when they start eating. It is just total nonsense. Some of these people I’ve heard advocating total bed rest while fasting. Besides being insanely boring, it is the lack of exercise that wreaks their muscles, not the fasting. Probably nature is just trying to cull these people out because if you really didn’t have food in the ancient past, the last thing to do is just lay around resting.

I’m one of the first to say exercise isn’t so great for weight loss. However that doesn’t mean exercise isn’t important. Often someone is trying to link exercise and weight or dieting. They are completely different things. Fasting and exercising are two different things and they aren’t mutually exclusive. So if you don’t want fasting to result in losing muscle, the solution is just to exercise.

I’ll be back in about a week.

Day 8, USA, Missouri Ozarks, NFD

Hello all – had a wonderful NFD. Had a smoothie for breakfast that was half water – had salad and pizza for dinner. NOTHING ELSE !
Yes, that was enough food but for a NFD I would have probably added in quite a bit more.

Doubled up on exercise and even got a lot done outdoors (finished the section of the cabin painting job that the wasps were desperately trying to deter me from) and stained the front deck. It is cedar and looks so pretty.

Hope everybody is doing well. I am hyped that I managed to reset my NFD and plan to do the same tomorrow and Sunday – then will start my three F days !

Very happy to read that you got a good report, babyjames. Now treat yourself to something nice to celebrate – NO, not that whole chocolate cake, more like a hot bubble bath (and maybe a piece of cake).. And, very happy for you.

Thank you for the welcome Coda. My husband is doing this with me, and we decided on Sunday and Tuesday as our fast days for the week. That’s one of the great things about this plan, being able to choose two days that work for us.

Day 8 NFD St. Louis USA

All my best to all of you.

    Day 8 Vancouver Island
    NFD
    Happy weekend everyone !

    Day 9 – Woking, UK – NFD
    241.8lbs
    Day 8 – Woking, UK – NFD
    242.1lbs

Struggling a bit to shift the travel weight, but possibly the 17st 1lb was a artificial low. Hopefully get back there soon.

    Day 9, UK, FD
Time to walk the dgs soon, before the rain starts.

    DAY 8 – UK – NFD

    DAY 9 – UK FD

So much for enjoying and succeeding with a fd on Monday – the rest of the week has been impossible for me to fast…(not an excuse) but life (I hope) back to normal now so hope from now on I can do regular fasts until the end of the month. I need to get
    my regular routine back.

    Day9 UK NFD

Horrible weather this morning but thinking of friends across the globe having much worse. Yesterday was a FD, I kept to just over 600 cals and happy with that. I saw 200lbs on the scale this morning, September’s challenge to get at least 4 lbs under that number is definitely on! Last week was really hard for some reason, I felt hungry every day and struggled to keep going. I don’t know if it was the change in the weather as I was really cold all week. Pocket winos – no wine for me last night, so did mon- fri alcohol free. Dry winos- keep going, I’m in awe of your resolve.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Day 9 – Cumbria UK – NFD

    Happy maintenance ๐Ÿ’ƒat 53.6kg/118.2lbs/8st 6lb this morning!

A good FD yesterday involved only cups of tea with a dash of skimmed milk and plenty of water during the day and a glass of homemade kefir late evening to ensure a good night’s sleep = 175 calories in total.

Enjoying my first cup of tea this morning whilst I catch up here as I have a busy day ahead – will break my fast with brunch out with OH but will keep it controlled and healthy!

@mimi-anne – Bienvenue and @gratitude – nice to have you on board – The beauty of this WOL (way of life) is that you can change your FD to suit your personal life, mine are usually Monday and Friday – I like Monday as it is a RESET after an indulgent weekend and Friday sets me up for the weekend but they I do vary depending one what is going on in my personal life. I have been in maintenance since Dec 2016 but still do 2 x FD for the longterm health benefits and as I no longer want to lose weight I have to ensure that I eat a bit more on NFD – I had settled on 55kg as my target weight but naturally this seems to have settled around 54kg.
@keetseel – Do a happy dance that you fit into your interview skirt and pre-desk-job pants ๐Ÿ’ƒand stick to the basics of 5:2 and drink plenty of water, whenever you think you are hungry drink a glass of water and see if that satiates your hunger – stick to the plan and the weight loss will kick in again – stay strong!
@quebecoise – si triste d’entendre que tu nous laisse, fais-nous un salut et dit bonjour de temps en temps. Restez avec le mode de vie 5: 2 mais surtout รชtre heureux et sain et profiter de votre vie ๐Ÿค—
@lindasue – glad to hear that you managed to finish the painting without anymore wasps incident ๐Ÿ˜‰

Looking forward to a busy weekend and we even have some sunshine to start the day after all that rain we had from mid afternoon into the night but more rain this afternoon predicted so I’m off to make the most of the good weather……
