    It’s Saturday night and I am doing my course work but my brain is drifting to start thinking about preparing for next weeks fast days.
    I made a pasta free lasagne this week but need inspiration for next week, any ideas?

    Hi i like this idea because winter is here.
    Some people put weight on in the winter just be aware.

    Soup made at home it great and simple.

    thanks for the links adek, I love soup and its great on this new way of life but I live in Mauritius and going into summer too hot for soups. The links are great though I will add them to my recipe links
