    Hi,

    I am new to this diet so hope you can help.
    I made the creamy cashew and squash curry this evening. It says to serve with leafy green veg, so I had some green beans and Broccoli.
    Do I need to add the calories of those into my calculations, as it mentions at the back of the recipe book that these are non calorie counting? (page 240).
