    Afternoon all,

    I recently bought the recipe book, and am wanting to make the muesli, but when it asks for “whole oat flakes” what does it mean? When I google it, I’m getting bran flakes or Special K!

    Where can I get these?

    whole oats = porridge oats or jumbo oats – cheap as chips, in bags, in any supermarket.
