  • Monday I had 432 cal Tuesday 512 Wednesday 512 and today 560 will I loose weight.

    When are you planning on having a normal day? The idea of 5:2 is you eat sensibly for 5 and 500 calorie days for two? Whatever you do it does need to be sustainable otherwise you’ll put the weight back on. This is a slow and steady diet. But it does work.

    This is not enough calories to sustain yourself in a healthy way. If you’re looking to do more fasts than 5:2, try ADF which is fasting every other day, but you have to eat a healthy amount of calories on feed days or you’ll become malnourished.
