OMAD (one meal a day)

  • Hi all,
    On my fast days, I just have one meal in the evening because I find if I eat early in the day I just get really hungry. I actually love having that one meal – everything just tastes wonderful after a fast day.
    On my non-fast days, I usually eat late morning but then I find the evening meal just doesn’t sing the way it does on fast days and quite honestly I think I could happily do OMAD every day. However, I’m not sure how to get all the nutrients needed in one meal? Even trying to get enough protein is a challenge, I’m vegetarian so lots of meat isn’t an option. Is OMAD sustainable long term? Any thought?
