  • Day 9 – Reykjavik – FD

I spent the weekend away from home as me and my wife were taking care of her nephews. The bed we slept in was not to my liking and I kept waking up during nights and did not get anywhere near a full night sleep. The sleep deprivation on Friday and Saturday caught up with me yesterday (Sunday). It was a completely useless day and furthermore I was carving all day for calories, especially in the form of sweets. It´s probably the worst craving day I have experienced in months. Unfortunately I gave somewhat in to temptations. Just as good I don´t own a whip as I might be tempted to do a self-flagellation. Not really though.

Now I´m fasting today and concentrating to get back on track.

    Day 9 – UAE – FD
    Day 8 – UAE – NFD
    Day 7 – UAE – NFD
    Day 6 – UAE – NFD (weigh-in 78.5kg)

No change from last week, exactly the same weight as last week after a 7 day fast! Anyway, it became a habit to fast and I don’t really feel much difference between fasting and none fasting days. It is working and I will keep fasting at least two days a week.

Just checking in to see how my fellow 12 liquid fasters are doing?

So far one cup of hot lemon in water (always start my morning with that). One cup of coffee with dash of milk, 2 glasses of water and sipping a herbal tea – not sure what it is as I just have a little stash in a container, the box has long gone. Smells nice and I suppose it doesn’t taste too bad.

Welcome back @rahul1905 and @liathanail glad you had a good holiday and don’t worry you will get rid of that as soon as you get back on plan

Welcome @huzhao – I hope you enjoy being part of the October challenge

All fine so far. Managed to get out of bed! Just off food shopping with OH so glugged a lot of water and hope that’ll stop me feeling hungry in the supermarket. I don’t drink enough water either so I’m going to try to improve today. How’s everybody else doing?

    2nd post

Pint of water, 3 cups of tea & 1 cup of coffee (with SS milk) and currently a mug of Swiss Vegetable Bouillon. I’m feeling strangely excited – because it’s something new I expect. Going for my flu jab at 2pm and will then do housework for a couple of hours. It’ll be herbal teas this evening and more Bouillon.

I ordered this today – even OH thinks it will be a very useful piece of kit for both of us. http://wondercore.thanedirect.co.uk/?_ga=2.3084656.1176516777.1507533511-342775216.1507533511 Thought it might be of interest.

    Day 9 – USA (Illinois) – NFD

Doing my best to keep at TDEE, but it hasn’t been easy with church treats and son home for his high school reunion. We had to go to his favorite Italian restaurant and have pizza. Tomorrow will be a FD of my 6:1 maintenance. That will be good.

@saffy420 -congrats on your buying you new size! I see UK 16’s are very similar to USA 14’s which is close to my size. Doesn’t it feel great?! Happy for you!

You liquid only fasters: Yeah for your resolve. On my 9 months of steady losing doing 5:2 and very CD NFD’s, I only did one all liquid FD. It seemed fairly easy, but I decided that amount of control wasn’t really necessary for continued weight loss. But sure is worth the effort for all of you!

    Onward and downward!

    2nd post…

@coda and @emma taylor and all other liquid fasters. It’s ok so far – tea & coffee with just a splash of milk.

I might have to trawl the (shallow) depths of my willpower later this evening when doing the supermarket shop though!

day 9 Akron OH. Proud member of the day 9 pocket liquid fasters. @camcd sorry for accidently excluding you from the list, we must have posted right about the same time. @ coda thanks for rectifying. Congratulations @saffy and @rahul1609 celebrate success all the way to goal. Busy day ahead so I just skimmed the posts quickly. I hope everyone has an amazing day, FD, NFD, CD, LFD and all!

    Day 9, Belfast, NFD

I haven’t managed a FD yet this month – been a bit all over the place. We had some of my hubby’s family over from England to stay this weekend which was great. A nice distraction. Will try to get back on the 5:2 wagon again tomorrow with a good FD.

    Good luck everyone today 🙂

    Day 9, 2nd post,

Just back from visiting my mum, indulged in a lovely double-mint tea with her. So far coffee +SS milk, water, water, water and an herbal tea. Feeling fine, which just goes to show I’m still stuffed after yesterdays’ madness!!! Saving the miso, boullion & bone-broth for this evenings expected dragon awakening!!

I hope my fellow pocketeers are doing well.

Day 9 – West Midlands, UK – NFD

Posting a bit early today, as we are out seeing a band (Supersuckers) tonight.

Not a bad day – I am on target to come in below TDEE, helped by the fact that i am driving, so no alcohol for me.

Well done to all the liquid fasters, I am not ready to take that jump yet, and I have a new FD indulgence …. 10cal jelly pots.

Wishing you all a great day

    Day 9 LFD,Canada

GOOD MORNING liquid Fasters! So encouraging to know we are all in this together.

I slept in today after feasting yesterday after Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings, too much food but it may have been the 3 Moscow Mules that are responsible for my late start today, haha.

@flourbaby I can relate to your feeling ‘about to pop’, so uncomfortable-why do we do it?

@debster I love your motto ‘I can and I will’, will adopt it too.

@huzhao welcome and congratulations on your fantastic early results. I like your resolve, go big or go home attitude. I’ll be cheering you on.

@saffy I want to be dancing in the change room like you. You’ll be my inspiration today.

    KEEP THE FAST!

Day 9 – Perth Western Australia – NFD
    63.9kg
Have a friend visiting from another state. Much wine was had

    Quick check in.
Today’s intake is a cup of tea with a splash of milk, 2 glasses of water, 1 cup of coffee with a splash of milk, cup of oxo (lunch) 2 glasses of water, herbal tea, more water. When I do this, I realise that I usually don’t drink enough water.
@saffy420 congratulations on your new clothes moment. That’s what this WOL is all about!
@coda you have the Midas touch, or is it the Pied Piper? You lead, we follow!
@liathanail – welcome back and glad you had a good holiday. Gird your loins and press that reset button! 3lb is not so bad!
@Strawberriesandcream – showed OH the link and the inevitable question came. If we order this, does he get the one in the blue bikini? I should’ve asked would he turn into the guy in the middle, but I missed my cue 😜

It’s not been so bad to date. My swimming class tonight will distract me but will be a test. 💪💪

Day 9 SW WA USA – LFD

Enjoyed the retreat & kept to ‘no sugar” but had more carbs than usual. So a liquid FD will do nicely. I love the Amy’s organic tomato bisque soup I’ve found. The day will probably end up about 300 calories or so.

    Together we are stronger!

    Day 9, FD

    Day 9 US, NFD

Hello all, great to catch up on all your news.

    Fabrabbit: what is “binkying”?

Have had a very indulgent over-eating long weekend. 🙁 We went out to breakfast this morning. I am one of those people who hates leaving food on my plate (childhood issues, anyone?!) but even I couldn’t finish the huge helping. I feel so full, and it’s now hours later. Defn over my TDEE in one sitting. Might start tomorrow’s FD now….

Day 9 – McMinnville Oregon USA – FD
I’m going to attempt my first liquid fast today, so count me in. I’m going to the Oregon coast tomorrow with my two sisters to celebrate the oldest birthday and I know there will be lots of eating and drinking going on. Hopefully this FD will offset a gain!!

@okeydokey – Thank you to the miso link, I’ve copied several recipes that I would like to try.
@aljomisaza – Your food sounds good!! How do you make the pho soup?
@fatrabbit – So glad the blind quinoa pig has you to care for it.

Being on the West coast I’m lagging behind the rest of you but I’m adding myself to the list:

    2nd post

Update on the liquid only FD..going well. I am now about 3 litres water down, 2 coffees, 2 green teas, one beef oxo for lunch. This evening I will make a hot bedtime drink with some milk, nutmeg, ginger, and turmeric. I used to have difficulty sleeping when I first started liquid only fasts, so a little milky drink really helps me.

…I am still full from yesterday’s feasting, the garlic bread is repeating on me so I guess my body does not like garlic bread 😳 No problem not eating today.

13 of us fasting on liquids only…..can’t wait to hear how everyone got on. We can do it!

    Day 9, Gozo Malta, fd

Ate around 450 calories already. I will fast around 650/700 today. The first of three fds today.

    Onwards and downwards

    3rd post

Drat. I’ve let the team down. Soz guys. 🙁 It was worth trying and I really thought I could do it. I’m glad I tried. Now I know it’s not for me.

    Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

    2nd Post

Hello fellow liquid fasters – looks like we are all going strong – I popped on to read any updates to keep me focused and your posts have certainly done that!

I had a great pilates class this afternoon concentrating on small controlled movements but doing a whole body workout.

So far today 3 cups of earl grey tea with a dash of skimmed milk and 1.5L of water – planning on drinking more water (hot with a slice of lemon) to keep me warm over the evening and finally a glass of my homemade Kefir before bed – a total of 150cals!

@huzhao – Welcome to the October 2017 31 day challenge – lots of friendly advice and support given willingly here
@Strawberriesandcream – Just saw your message – you must have been typing at the same time as me, you let no one down and as you say nothing ventured, nothing gained and it will still be a FD for you 🤗 I would be interested in hearing how you get on with your new bit of kit!
@liathanail – good to hear that you had a fab time in Ischia – Beautiful island with contrasting beaches and in between the coasts a great landscape of dense chestnut forests – did you get to relax in some of the mineral-rich thermal waters?
@awilson – welcome to the Liquid Only Fasters Day – making us an even 14! Together we can do this!

    Together We Are Definitely Stronger!

    Day 9, Emden Germany, FD

@strawberriesandcream – as @at has said you let no one down. This wol is finding out what works for you – and now you know.

So far so good probably haven’t drank as much water as I should but plenty of trips to the loo. Green juice this evening but will maybe make a warm drink as im feeling cold. Was also tired and grumpy earlier lol.

    Day 9–ABQ–FD

Hi all, just a quick check-in. I didn’t see a pocket list for non-liquid-only fasters. What a feat! I will do a regular 800 fast day today but need solid food for strength. I realized that fasting at work makes hard tasks much harder. I keep checking the National Institutes on Aging and USC websites to see if there are any new (2017) studies on IF and brain health but no luck. I think it would revive my motivation to fast.

On the upside, my aspirational pants are fitting well these days (I have two pairs) and now that the weather is cooler I’ll be wearing them more often. I think it will be better than the scale for maintaining weight.

Day 9 Lancaster, PA NFD CD
I am so thankful for all the wonderful supportive people on this group✨ your generous kindness gives me strength and hope. I am grateful for all who are participating in our Weight Loss Challenge, each one of us plays a part in helping each of us in the group to reach our goals✨ Thank-you✨

It’s a NFD for me. Frankly I have more energy to do things when I’m fasting. So, not feeling very energetic today. DD is making Kale chips, the iron in the Kale chips, along with the vitamins always gives me a boost. I’m hoping it will today.😊 I’m looking forward to Tues, Wed, Thurs, liquid FD’s

    Good Luck All,Today!✨✨✨✨
    ✨✨✨✨Remember ✨🤜🏻✨🤛🏻✨✨✨✨✨Together! 🤝 We Got This! ✨✨✨

    Day 9 – ABQ – FD

Hello all! Sorry for not checking in all weekend! IT was able to recover about 2/3rds my files by late Saturday afternoon (thank goodness) but I did spend the whole rest of the weekend recreating the ones we couldn’t recover.

Good part of the weekend was getting to go to the pumpkin patch! OMG it was so much fun, and my daughter had a blast!! She just loved picking out the pumpkins and “helping” me find a good one by knocking on them!

Both Sat & Sun I did pretty good both days under 1300 cals so good very CD days! Being busy helped me not to eat too much.

I did hop on the scale for my weekly weigh-in on Sat and and I was devastated to see myself back at 164 😰 I decided as a kind of “re-start” this week, I will be kicking it off by joining the other liquid fasters for today!! It’s so great to see everyone working on this! I think I will also try my hand at a first B2B2B this week as well (only a liquid fast today though – I’m not sure I can jump in with that kind of commitment lol!)

And how are the other Sober Octobers doing? I know I’ve been rather bad so far this month – but it’s only the 9th and I’ve still got time to re-affirm 😄

The one thing I haven’t given up on is my planking! DH and I are so great about doing them together each night, and having each other is probably why we’ve done so good. We keep up together and watch each other’s forms so that we aren’t just doing them, but doing them right! As hard as doing the Planking, Squat, and Push-Up Challenges all together are, each day they are getting easier! AND I don’t dread them!

Liquid Fast today is going well – I’ve had 2 bottles of water and 1 diet coke so far, and I’ve got a broth for just before I go home, and some yummy tea to try for “dinner” tonight!

I haven’t finished reading through all the pages yet but I wanna say thank you to those wishing me well for IT to find my files! Power of thought does work (don’t tell the IT guys though lol) and @at This is our 3rd wedding anniversary, but we’ve been together for 6 1/2 years now 💑 . And yes it has been quite a rollercoaster ride in terms of medical history, but this WOL is really helping me to eat smaller portions naturally, be more aware of WHAT i’m eating, and how I react to certain foods.

Keep strong everyone! I just love reading your updates! I’m hoping to catch up on everyone’s this evening!

    Day , 3rd post,

@jessyoursize, what a rollercoaster weekend you’ve had!!! I’m glad you finally managed to get at those pumpkins!!

I’m joining you for Sober October, as of today. September was a piece of cake and after this last red-wine haze of a weekend……… enough is enough!! I can’t believe I’m in, but comparing ALL of September to yesterday……… No contest!!!!

I’ll also be doing my usual B2B2B Tue-Thurs this week, todays’ liquid FD was just to counteract my Sunday binge.

Alas, no planking, there’s only so much I can take!!!!

    Onward & downwards everyone!!!!

    2nd post –

@jessyoursize – Happy Anniversary! Hopefully your tech issues will resolve more fully.

How are the folks doing that committed to no sugar or no sweets? There were a few variations I believe.
I accidentally had something with sugar in it on day 1 but since then, staying with the no sugar!

    2nd Post
Just checking in to see how my fellow liquid fasters are doing.
I had my usual 2 cups of black coffee this morning and then a cup of miso. I’m halfway through my day and I’m now enjoying a cup of beef bouillon. I may try @daffodil2010‘s before bedtime drink. It sounds good.
I think I’ve got this!! Keep strong fellow liquid fasters. 💪

@jessyoursize – So glad you recovered a good share of your work. Your trip with daughter to the pumpkin patch sounds like a good time!! 🎃
@flourbaby – Good on you for joining Dry October group!! I’m going to stay clear as I did way to much poor deprived me eating…..so I’m trying to “saver” my wine. Most of the time it works.

Day 10 Gold Coast, AUS CD

I had a great day, with a total of 4 cups of tea with low fat milk, 1 cup of coffee with low fat milk, and lots of water! I felt great going to bed and woke up this morning with the scales down again, so a successful day for me. For those of you in time zones where it is still yesterday, hang in there!

    Day 10 – NFD – Brisbane, Australia

Managed to get down just over 3 litres of water yesterday. Kept my cals just under 350. Every fast day is getting easier, I didn’t feel overly hungry all day. Keeping busy and lots of water are certainly the keys for me.
@awilson the Pho Soup comes in a cup from my local supermarket, just add water. It is strangely filling, and I think the little bit of salt helps with my usual FD headache.
The Thai chicken soup was yum, (had to tell my boys it was a casserole, soup doesn’t cut it for dinner 😊), however it was thick, delicious and filling.

Day 10 NFD country West Australia
Had a very good under 400 calorie FD yesterday .
I think my lost kgs must have homing devices in them as they seem to be able to make their way unerringly back to my waist without any difficulty whatsoever.
Getting rid of them is another thing altogether!.
( The FD managed to get rid of 1 of the returnees, hopefully never to return. Now just to work on the rest of them ……. )
DH is working away from home today so might be able to manage a very CD as I have already packed his lunch and I won’t have to bother for myself.
@jessyoursize, so happy that you managed to retrieve some of your work. Hope this is a better week.

Thinking about joining the Sober Octoberites but social occasions keep on popping up accompanied by very pretty bottles containing quite delicious fluids that somehow morph from a sip into a glass or 2.
Still, it’s the thought that counts – and I do think about the Sober Octoberites frequently ! 😇
    Onward and downward.

    Still day 9 London UK…
But I made it, just. It was harder than I thought it would be. The evening gaped ahead of me at about 7 o’clock but I managed not to eat anything. I found some not very interesting fake beer in the fridge which made it just about bearable. Well done all the other liquid fasters, those who made it and those who tried.
I’d definitely do another one but I’d go to the movies in the evening to fill up some time…
Thanks for all the people who supported us. Much appreciated.

Hi! I’m new here. Been researching fasting, and think the 5:2 is going to be the best fit for me. I’ve been low carb for 3 years–I’m addicted to carbs, and have found that I need to avoid them, because otherwise they control me. I lost 100 lbs doing low carb, but have been going up and down 35 lbs for the last 18 months. I need some stability, and I think fasting is going to be what helps me.

I fasted MWF last week (no food) with success…but overate on the weekend. It may be my “normal” carb addiction, or it may be backlash from fasting (dealing with “deprivation). Not sure…but I’m trying again this week. Fasted successfully today, even though it was a tough day at work, and I wanted to eat to deal with the stress. In the past, fasting has been the one tool that has worked to help me break my addiction to food, but I had to hide the fasting. Now, fasting is “in vogue,” and I am thrilled to have plenty of support online! So glad to be here!

    Day 10 – UAE – NFD

    Hi Bert,

Could you possibly help me get started here? I think it would be helpful to have a buddy / mentor for a few weeks to get going.

    Thanks!
    H

    Day 10 | UK | NFD

    Please can I start over?
the past 7 days have NOT been so good…
Yesterday was a great FD, Mondays always seem easy after that not so great!
If anyone finds my ‘self-control’ holla!!

    xx

    Still Day 9 California FD

Just getting around to posting. FD went fine. Stressed today with all the fires in CA. We’re fine, but have family members who lost their home. Thankfully, they escaped and are safe. Sending thoughts and prayers for everyone affected.

    Day 10 UK NFD

I got through it and my weight is at a new low, 69.1kg. I don’t feel great the way I did last time because I have a cold and blisters from my new crocs. I was foolish and bought women’s ones as the men’s ones were too loose, but instead of a square end they are rounded and my little toes are rubbed raw:( The walk wouldn’t have been a problem otherwise. The cold is an inevitable consequence of coming into contact with lots more people than usual. My head hurts too:( But I would feel worse if Inwas full of food, I always do. I got very hungry at around 5pm but just drank lots of water which did the trick. I had a waver when I got home but the curry was all gone and there was nothing appealing in the cupboard so I just went to bed. I definitely need to be busy to do this.

Binkying is when a rabbit throws itself into the air and twists its body around for the sheer joy of moving, a bit like horses bucking or lambs frolicking. They can be very acrobatic. Or sometimes you see an old rabbit just shake its head and skip a little and know the intention is there.

The poor little piggy had wedged herself into a corner yesterday so I had to fish her out and bring her indoors and feed her and give her water and probiotics as she wasn’t interested in food. Then again when I got home. This morning she was finally eating the veg I left for her. She must be totally blind as she didn’t react when I switched on the light but scurried off when she heard me fill the kettle. Guinea pigs’ vision isn’t great at the best of times and they use their noses a lot so she should cope alright once she learns her waybaround and gains confidence, but she is very thin and a bit totteryy so I suspect a health problem exacerbated by having had surgery to remove somee lumps. Unfortunately guinea pigs often fail to thrive after having had an anaesthetic, she will need a good appetite to get over it. Hopefully the probiotics will restore hers. Guinea pigs are normally very good at eating. Fasting is not good for herbivores the way it is for us. They are meant to graze and have a complicated gut cycle to maintain. Two of the rabbits were looking bloated yesterday and weren’t interested when I went out to feed them and had to have probiotics too. Hopefully they will be feeling better today. It usually does the trick. The paste contains oil and peppermint too and is carrot flavour so they like it.

    Day 10 – Japan – NFD 82.4kg

Starting to feel better but I’m now coughing a lot. I think my body is trying to clean out the dead virus. However I’m still not working out. I could but mainly I just want to get well.

    Day 10 -Ireland 🇮🇪- CD

Successful liquid only FD with a satisfactory 3lb loss on this mornings weigh in. Plus another half inch dropped from my waist. 😀 Liquid only really is the job!
How did all my fellow pocket fasters get on?

I had planned to do a B2B FD today (a regular 500 calorie day), however my Dad is coming to visit and DH has planned bacon, cabbage, mash potatoes for dinner tonight, so that will take me over the limit. Going to try for a controlled day though, won’t break my fast until lunchtime, so around 41 hours fasting.

Not sure how long Dad is staying (it’s up to him, however at 81 he still has a very active social life so I am sure by Friday he will be itching to get back to Dublin city to party 😆), but I plan my next FD either tomorrow or Thursday, and definitely plan another liquid only on Friday.

@fatrabbit oh I so love your stories. Thinking of that poor little blind piggie ☹️

Day 10 Sicily CD @laurisinger When you fast are you having nothing but liquid? Although some here do that now and then it’s not healthy or workable as a Way of Life. I do pretty strict 5/2, as researched by Dr Mosley and have lost plenty and am now maintaining as a WOL, including on vacation. Wishing you success!

    Day 10 Newcastle UK NFD

    Day 10 – Woking, UK – NFD
    240.9lbs
Good fast day yesterday and it looks like most of the holiday weight gain came off overnight.
Have another fast day planned for Wednesday and the aim is to do a controlled day today. I’m now feeling more confident that getting under 17st might finally be achievable this month.

    Day10. Belfast NFD (CD)

Just heard on this morning’s news about the fires in California. Hope your family are all safe @califdreamer. Another tragedy to affect our poor planet.

Yesterday’s fast was a great success and was tested to the limit – last night’s swim was sprints and after completing 1 length sprints 32 times without side effects, it has boosted my confidence in liquid fasts immensely.

@keetseel – I love the phrase ‘aspirational pants’!
@jessyoursize – I’m so glad got most of your files back. Thank goodness! And Happy Anniversary.
@flourbaby welcome to the Sober October challenge.
@aljomisaza – the strategies we use to get our kids to eat things! When my boys were small, red cabbage was ‘red robber’ and broccoli quiche was ‘One tree pie’. That didn’t last too long. My youngest, now 30, still doesn’t like broccoli.
Welcome @laurisinger and @happy-go-lightly. I hope you enjoy posting on this forum.
Here is a link which might help you. My advice would be to follow the basic guidelines until you settle into a manageable routine.
    https://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/the-basics-for-newbies-your-questions-answered/
@missj2002 Welcome back. Just press that reset button and start afresh.
    @liathanail – you can do it!💪
@fatrabbit – so glad to have your bunny stories back!
Just to report in, yesterday’s fast was successful and I’m 1 lb down, but at 151lbs, I’ve broken that barrier from 11 stone and have been hovering there for over a week, so that’s good. I’m doing great with Sober October and sweet enough – not a sweet, pastry, cake, biscuit nor drop of alcohol has passed my lips. 😇. I have biscuits in the cupboard and the last few days, I haven’t even thought of them. As far as planks etc is concerned, I have planked (if there’s such a verb!) about 6 of the last 9 days. I have also included some squats – am managing about 50 squats per day holding 2×2.5kg weights and about 15 press ups. The planking is certainly getting easier.

So today’s challenge is to keep it sensible and maintain the good work!
Good luck today my Fellow Fasters!

    Day10 UK NFD
Yesterday’s FD went well, came in just under 500 cals for the day. My fish stew was yummy and less than 250 cals overall.
@laurisinger. @happy-go-lightly. Welcome to the group, you’ve made the best decision to join us here, we’re really friendly and supportive. Here’s a link to the shared spreadsheet we use. I’ve added your name – it’s for you to use or not, some people like to use it keep themselves accountable, others don’t need it.:

@tenoro – congratulations to Iceland getting through to the World Cup finals last night. ⚽️
Also congratulations to the Republic of Ireland on their success, sorry for Wales but it was one or the other. ⚽️.

Today I’ll try to be very controlled. Aiming for 1000 cals or thereabouts -about 6lbs to go to meet October target.

    Happy Tuesday everyone. Onwards.

    Day 10, South Wales, NFD/16:8

The liquid fast yesterday was surprisingly easy – I didn’t really feel very hungry and some pangs late evening disappeared after hot herbal tea (discovery of the day: Twining’s Spiced Ginger herbal tea – yum!).

On the downside, my weight is exactly the same as yesterday, not even a fraction of a pound lost…nearly as depressing as the Wales football results!

So, I’m going to continue with liquids today until supper.

    @daffodil2010 – congrats! 3lb is great!

    Day 10 Wales NFD

Sad that Wales lost the football game – but happy that I had my own little victory……inspired by those of you doing liquids only yesterday I aimed for a 500 calories day (instead of my usual 800) and my bedtime total was 460. Just proves that together we are stronger!

    Happy Tuesday.

Day 10, London, UK, FD (1st of B2B2B)

Yesterdays’ liquid fast went well, although 4 baby plum tomatoes were needed to let me sleep, so not 100% liquid. Bone broth and miso saved me throughout the day though, 97 cals consumed and I feel great today, considering how few calories have been consumed!!!

@califdreamer, thinking of you and yours, stay safe. I hope the fires die out as quickly as they started.

@lilymartin, that fat-fairy seems to know where we all live despite me offering her the addresses of all the skinny people I know!!!!

As is usual with this WOL, you don’t think you can do ‘it’ until you actually do!!!!!
    -Fasting – No way,
-500 calories or less – you must be joking,
-liquids only – that’s never going to happen…………..
    -B2B2B – not A CHANCE!!!!!!!!

We all deserve a pat on the back simply for being open minded enough to say ………….. Why Not???!!!!
