I am new to the 5:2 diet so am looking forward to the November challenge. I think it will be a good way of keeping me focused. Really hoping I can drop down a good few kg..

Good morning!
It is a good month to get into shape- November- it’s still autumn and the weather is still not too bad, there are local fruit and veg in abundance and the added bonus of success would be looking good for Xmas. So I’m in.
I have not done the 5:2 diet before, so I expect the first week or two to be relatively challenging, but at least I get to read of everyone else’s efforts.
I am hoping to drop about 3 kg.
