Hello everyone,
I am from the United States. I decided to do this diet plan because I believe it works.
Today was my fast day. I did pretty good. Feeling very hungry but I am going to hang in there.
My question is.. what do you eat on the other days? I want to eat real nutritous food. Any suggestions? I know we are supposed to eat what we normally do but I am looking to lose weight!
Fast day today:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 banana, serving of bone broth that I made. Lunch: juiced 1 small beet, 3 carrots, 1/2 green apple, ginger. total calories; 121. Dinner was 2 scrambled egg whites. I also drank several glasses of water, green tea and a few servings of the bone broth. (I must admit that I am very hungry!)
