    This thread is only for tracking my way and motivacion.
    I do not know English well, I’m from Central Europe.

    Week 0

    Chest 102cm
    Waist 86cm
    Belly 101cm
    Hips 108cm
    Thigh 65cm
    Neck 35cm

    Weight 82kg

    Oh… and today is my first fast Day 🙂

    It’s time to evaluate the Week1:

    Chest 103cm +1cm
    Waist 85cm -1cm
    Belly 100cm -1cm
    Hips 107cm -1cm
    Thigh 65cm
    Neck 35cm

    Weight 81,1kg -0,9kg

    I Made 3 DD, Thursday-Monday-Saturday. I have night shifts, and I can not afford to eat no food at night. DD is not as hard as I thought. I’m so excited and happy now.

    I made 2 DD this Week – monday and thursday.
    My results after second DD :

    Week2

    Chest 103cm
    Waist 84cm -1cm
    Belly 100cm
    Hips 107cm
    Thigh 65cm
    Neck 35cm

    Weight 79.9kg -1,2kg

    Total lost 2,1kg

    I count only DD and I am less hungry in UD, but I eat everything.

    Hi everybody

    I had only one DD this Week – Saturday.
    I was afraid that I Will gain a lot, because I was out with friends three times this Week and I drank beer 😉

    It is not so bad:

    Hips 107cm
    Thigh 65cm
    Neck 35cm

    Weight 80,5kg +0,6kg

    Total lost 1,5kg
