Monday not being a fast day works better for me

  • We’ve always made Mondays and Thursdays our fast days but have recently changed to Tues/Thursday. The reasoning behind it is that we find we naturally cut down on a Monday anyway after eating and drinking more at the weekend so in shifting to the Tuesday we still get the benefit of our more frugal Monday PLUS the low calories of a Tuesday fast. So, fewer calories over the week!

    I am with you on that one lol, I do Tuesdays and Fridays, it just works better for me,
