My husband and I have both been on the 5/2 for 3 years this month.
It has been successful in losing about a stone each and we have managed to maintain this for all this time by doing 2 days a week.
But we cannot lose anymore and just wondered if anyone else has just stopped losing.
We would both like to lose at least another 1/2 stone.
Advice would be great
