My husband and I have both been on the 5/2 for 3 years this month.
It has been successful in losing about a stone each and we have managed to maintain this for all this time by doing 2 days a week.
But we cannot lose anymore and just wondered if anyone else has just stopped losing.
We would both like to lose at least another 1/2 stone.
Advice would be great
Glad you and your husband have had success with Fasting. Since you have been losing weight all along and have now hit a plateau, the only thing left is to look at what you eat on Slow Days. Anything you can cut from the meal plan? Or do you need to speed up your metabolism by doing more exercise/walking?
