I cheated yesterday on my fast day

  • This is the first time I cheated in almost two months on this diet. I ate some (well, maybe more than some) cheese curls that were calling my name. I did well all day long until 8 PM at night (with only an hr to go before bedtime). Has anyone else done this? I’m still only down 6 pounds in two months, but hoping to lose alot more than 6 pounds.

    Tomorrow is another day – don’t let this make you feel guilty. Try not to do it again else we will have to put you on the naughty step!
    You have lost almost a pound a week probably with very little effort, and you have no idea how much more efficiently the inside working parts of your body are functioning.

    u r not alone especially after the 2 month mark πŸ˜€
    it seems the body is fighting u it has nothing 2 do w/ will power

    the fact that it concerned u
    means
    u r in a continued successful lifestyle & had the courage 2 share it 2 all

    what is so nice about this fdl

    is that there is no guilt (their is if u were a dieter b4 or had people who made u feel guilty)
    because now have a choice
    2 redo a fast
    add a fast
    do an adf

    mayb ur a mimi that grazes all day on a fast day

    or a mosley breakfast dinner

    or u r a 4nonfastdays/2fastdays/1feastday

    it might b also what ur eating
