Hi people,

Just want to ask .. Is there a minimum amount of hrs to fast on the “Fast day” in order for the fast to have an affect on the overall 5:2 or ADF diet. I’m currently doing the ADF and it’s going fine but, still adjusting or fine tuning .. had the one off day where I overate and felt real guilty !!!! .. but that was after a a4 hr FAST … so thats why I ask … Is there a min amount of hrs we ned to fast for the diet to have effect!!.
