    I don’t see much use in such applications. To change something in yourself you have to do it yourself. That’s why I began to train and follow the diet. At first, it was difficult and I took purekana review It helped to relieve stress and continue dieting. Now it has become a habit)) So the most useful app is the heart rate monitor which i use on a run.

    I use Waterlogged for my daily water intake, FastHabit and YouAte, which are all free.
