Does anyone else find this helps the tendency to avoid grazing /breakfast? First thing is quite a tough but for me to crack on a fasting day, I wake up and think of breakfast!! It’s easier for me to not eat but impossible to reply on willpower alone.
I was just curious as to whether this helps anyone else -exercise as soon as the eyes open?
My husband enjoys a before-breakfast walk, too.
For me, an afternoon walk prevents me from snacking prior to dinner.
Exercise is always a great idea!
