  • Fast day going well having a cuppa now, that’s all I have had all day. Running out of T-bags☹️☹️☹️😱😱😱.So I will have to go to Aldi and get some.

Can’t run out of Tbags, not when you’re stuck in…are you going out for some today?
Have finished clearing out all cupboards, all wiped down now, tiles & proper clean of work tops will wait for another day- floor needs a good mop now! Bloomin neck is still playing up, it is limiting how much I can do in one go…
Fasting going well though, I think it will be a 500cal day, I’m feeling grimly determined!

Yes can’t do without them, changed my day for shopping.Sunny day yet again.Fast day going good only had two cups of tea, nothing else.

    Hedgehog..
Chocolate cake made, do the filling tomorrow…you are right it’s only one day….take it easy you have plenty on time to do the cupboard cleaning, careful on your neck pain…still all shining clean… 😀..shame on the oven playing up again…

    Dave..
You can’t run out of tea bags…all your shopping done that’s a good job out of the way…

Keeping strong here…chilli chicken tonight…Steve did one walk around the park keeping clear of everyone…he needs to keep his muscles strong, six weeks without walking out, its not good..

    Jean x

Thats the FD completed approx 500 cals so a happy bunny with that.

Minols, glad you had a nice week. Now time for the boy to be at virtual school?

Seems like the rest of you who were also fasting today have done well too!

Busy day for me tomorrow! Shopping in the morning and helping in the shop late in the afternoon. And at some point in the afternoon someone coming out to look at the drains!!

Tired tonight, so going to have an early night. x

    Morning all!
Jean- a happy birthday to you! 🎂🎉🎁
Hope you have as good a day as possible! And hope that Steve isn’t feeling too bad today…chocolate cake sounds good!
Kay- hope that the plumber can get your pump sorted…enjoy working in the shop! Good luck getting all your shopping too…
Dave- are you still trying with the Spanish then?
Nana- you’re probably up already too & getting ready for your walk!
    Minols- how was work yesterday?
Tammy- you’ve been quiet, did you manage a FD?
Well done to everyone who fasted!
Had some weird dreams last night, including applying dor a waitressing job & being asked to play the piano instead for diners! I have no musical ability whatsoever, but thought I could wing it! Going out with Xena shortly, not sure what else I’ll do, but it’ll involve cooking as both boys are at home today!

    Happy Birthday Jean xx
Hope all 3 of you have a lovely day.

    HH, weird dreams indeed!!

    Morning Everyone,
It’s another lovely sunny day and we’ve just back from our daily constitutional walk. Very pleased to see a one pound loss on the scales this morning but definitely won’t be losing the stone pledged.
Hope you have a happy birthday Jean and enjoy that cake.
    Hedgehogs a strange dream indeed.
Kay a busy day for you.
Hello to everyone else and hope you’re all keeping safe.
    Nana x

Good morning everyone.Another sunny day here again ☀️☀️☀️.I bet if we were not on lockdown it would have been raining.Have a lovely day Jean 8f that’s possible these days.

    Morning All..
A lovely meet up with Oreo at the park..they do love each other, lovely to see…a good hour…come back and built my cake, some eaten with lunch…

Thank you to all my birthday wishes, a lazy day for me…just dinner to cook and cook vegetables for Charlie…

    Kay..
Hope you get the pump/ drains sorted out..enjoy your shop afternoon.

    Hedgehog..
What strange dreams you wonder where your mind is….Steves very good better than last treatment 🤞..have a good walk and a good cooking day 😬

    Nana..
Well done on the pound off more than usual, still all the halves add up…

    Dave..
Hope your walk went well….too beautiful weather to be inside…possibly be a scorching summer..

    Jean x

Jean- a lovely walk, nice you can get together with Natalie & Oreo, I think Xena misses seeing Arnie, would be okay if we bumped into each other, but don’t want to plan a walk…enjoy the cake! What are you doing for dinner- have you been able to get anything special?
Nana- well done on the pound off!
Dave- I reckon that we’ll end up with a scorching summer, & probably a drought after all the flooding…
Kay- hope your day is going to plan…
Ended up with a very long walk with Xena to see if the bluebells were out, then cooked a big breakfast for the boys. The windowcleaner came- Xena was much better with him! Then ended up cutting all their hair- obvs doing it too well! Mopped the floor, & now off to Mum’s…

    Hedgehog..
I suppose a bit naughty meeting up but we keep 10 foot apart, shout as we walk. She is shopping for her mum and grandparents so she needs to keep safe as I do. I enjoy her company keeps me sane.
She works so I don’t always see her, sometimes I don’t text and then she appears ..I suppose everyone has their walk times, as we meet the huskies too depending on their time.

I would think you would be ok with your sister and Arnie as long as there’s just two of you and at the distance ..not every time.

I have some braising steak cooking out the freezer, we quite enjoy that with chips…we have it at the pub sometimes..finishing with cake and wine…

Hairdresser in the making 😂…they will see you as the cheaper option…you may keep the job 😂..enjoy mum hope she’s ok…

    Jean x

Jean- enjoy your dinner & wine! I’m sure you’re fine with your walks, you must need to chat at the moment…I have chatted with people on mine but would feel guilty arranging to meet! Silly really!
    Hope everyone else is okay?
Mum seemed a bit better thankfully although she’s doing very little, not like her, not even a walk every day.
Eaten alot today 😬…stupidly opened a packet of nuts! Had a yummy dinner- enchiladas with quorn mince & I made some keto tortillas for me which were successful. Will fast again tomorrow.

    Morning all!
Fasting today, hoping for the same as Monday. Other than that, nothing planned!
Anyone joining me? Hope everyone has as good a day as possible!

    Morning

I’m fasting too Hh – have an all day zoom meeting so that should keep me busy until 4 anyway

    CW

    Morning All..
    A glorious day..looks like outside jobs day…

A warm walk catching up with a few dogs…Charlie’s shattered he’s had no breakfast yet..

Thanks for my birthday wishes, quite a strange day….I have a bit of money to spend, flowers arrived with chocolates, more chocolates through the post my favourite Diplomat from Thornton’s I haven’t had them in a while, another hamper with wine, chocolates, popcorn and chilli bits and pieces…all very nice, people cant get to shops or are away from us…some money lost in the post too again this time from my sister.

    Hedgehog..
Meal was ok but meat could of been better, I don’t know what happened usually very good. Just one glass of wine and finished off with cake..
Half a cake to finish off today fresh cream..so I won’t be fasting,.although we are eating low ..
I have some chilli tortillas, do you eat them like crisps? Or put melted cheese on them? No idea..shame mum isn’t going for a walk or doing much, is she ok in her self not depressed….do something outside it’s lovely…

    Cakey..
Have a good busy day..hope your zoom goes well…

Cup of tea …ring grandson his birthday today missed my birthday by 5 mins, he wanted his own day…

Have a good day everyone ..

    Jean x

When I had chilli in Lanzarote they give you tortillas stuck in your bowl. Not my favourite but I scooped chilli out with them so was good. I am fasting today so just having a cuppa 20 calories.Yet another glorious day here 17°C.May take Heidi on her favourite walk today.

    Afternoon!
Cakey- hope the meeting goes well- all day?! 😬 Keep strong…
Jean- enjoy the cake leftovers…oh dear, lots of chocolate for your birthday! I like the Diplomat ones too, still have some of my birthday chocs tucked away! I made the soft tortilla wraps, not the crispy ones, although I have seen a recipe for those too. Your crisp ones you can eat as they are with a dip, or melt cheese over & have with chilli, or guacamole & salsa, yum!
Dave- enjoy the sun on your walk! Hope your FD goes okay too…
One job crossed off my list, keep trying Asda site to update our order for Friday, but it’s crashed! Frustrating…have done some jobs in the garden, a pile of ironing to do with my new iron, but too nice outside for that. Might sit out & read for a bit! Fasting going well, just drinks so far.

Evening everyone, what another lovely day it’s been made the most of it being outside for a while but the wind was a bit chilly at times. FD planned for tomorrow think quite a few of you have completed a FD today.
Face timed daughter earlier and her Asthma is very bad at the moment she looked and sounded quite poorly but she’d spoken to her Dr on the phone and was advised to only walk Poppy early morning and then stay at home indoors for the rest of the day for the next two weeks.
Have a good evening everyone and stay safe.
    Nana x

Nana- poor daughter, are they sure it’s just asthma? Sounds like she could do with being tested? Hope she gets better soon…
Chilly here in the wind too, a bit warmer than yesterday. Finally got on the asda site- it’s crazy, says things are in stock & lets you order, then you get to the check out & it’s out of stock! Took ages keep trying alternatives, at least we got most of what we wanted!

    Evening All..

Long days…I got the car cleaned and vacuum, then cleaned the bird area in the garden, filled them up (Steves job) sorted their baths out. Nothing very exciting…wiped down my winter coat of muddy paws and washed my over trousers, put away for the summer….grass to cut tomorrow and down stairs cleaning.

Steve been very exhausted the last two days, been asleep most of the day, he is having 5 days of injections (2 left), they seem to take it out of him.

    Hedgehog…
Some ideas for tortillas..I have never had any…SIL melts cheese on plain ones..cake eaten now.
Hope you had quiet time with a book in the garden, hoping for a warmer day here tomorrow, still chilly for sitting. Asda sounds a bit of a nightmare to sort out…I had a small top up delivery…cress seeds have arrived I will start a row off tomorrow, do them at staggered three rows in a tray..have you sorted your seeds out.

    Nana..
Your daughter sounds very unwell hope she soon improves..I will be joining you fasting tomorrow…

    Jean x

    Hi everyone!
Hope you’re all keeping well. And Jean happy birthday for yesterday!
I’m exhausted from hospital shifts and was working in a covid ward today.
I’m so busy at work that while I’ve not checked in here, fasting has been a bit of a breeze. Have done both of my FDs for this week so I can enjoy my days off now. Sleeeeeep!
    x

Morning all…early start to get a load of stuff printed ready for posting to folks who aren’t on line (or are, and haven’t told me!) Should keep them going for the next 3 weeks.

Now I’m standing in the queue at Tesco so I can do the big shop while things are quiet.

Have to do complex fractions with the boy this morning…some of the stuff he finished off with yesterday went awry…definitely better at maths in the mornings!

I think we might be camping in the back garden this weekend…scout camp cancelled (obvs!) So i think people are going to try and do it virtually! So i need to buy food we can cook outdoors!

Hope you wake to a lovely day.
    Mx

    Morning all!
Minols- hope the weather stays good for your camping…don’t forget the smores!
Could quite fancy a night in the tent too, I wonder what Xena would make of it!
Jean- hope Steve has a bit more energy soon…you make sure you look after yourself too! Hope your FD goes well!
Dave- how’s your son getting on, has he been able to keep up with his counselling online?
Endellion- you’re doing a great job, what a ⭐…will be applauding you tonight! Keep safe…
Nana- hope you get your Tesco delivery- & wine!
Anyone fasting today? Kay & DF I think, & Jean? Not had breakfast & feeling okay so might not eat until lunch…still not shifted the extra that went on over Easter 😬…& cheesecakes have been requested again for the weekend!

    Morning all!

Thought I’d log on here too, haven’t done for AGES! In particular to say hi to MINOLS and anyone else not on the Whatsapp group (which I have to say has been a life saver to me while I’m working at home!!)

FD for me, and proud to say I’ve been exercising a lot more this week, thanks HH for the link to the HIIT workout .. also, I downloaded another Davina one which was reduced in price from SKY! Did it this morning, and OMG it was tough. I was struggling so much working at home with eating more and not getting any exercise, so I hope I can keep this up now! Along with FD’s which again fell by the wayside.

Have a good day everyone, Minols hope you got all you needed at Tesco. I’m finding the whole supermarket experience really stressful at the moment, so am avoiding it as much as I can.

Take care, and stay strong everyone!

    xx

    Morning everyone,

Minols – garden camping sounds so much fun!
Hedgehogs – ahhhh, cheesecakes!! I’ve been craving them recently too and was going to try making blueberry one on my days off…
and thank you! It means a lot! Last Thursday was the first time I remembered to go out and see and I didn’t really think my street would participate, as it’s only a quiet cul-de-sac. But everyone was in front of their houses clapping, and then chatting (from a distance), asking if any of the more elderly people needed any supplies bringing in. It was beautiful, and I think today will draw tears. It’s been quite an overwhelming week.
Hi Dragonfly! Congrats on the working out! It’s a nice way to add a bit of structure to the day and to sleep better at night. Re supermarkets… I find in the evening around 7 or 8 they’ve been much quieter than during the day. At least my local Sainsburys is.

Weighed this morning and 0.5kg down. Happy about that! Spent the morning cleaning and will go workout now, then spend the afternoon writing, relaxing, and with a G&T.

Hope everyone has a great day! x

    Morning All…
Out early on such a lovely morning…pack like loads of dogs playing, all went very well..

I am fasting today joining everyone else…

    Endellion..
You are doing a grand job and are very brave..look after yourself too…

    Minols..
Enjoy your camping hoping the weather hold for you where you live….quite exciting for mummy to join him….or is it daddy….all of you…what will be on the menu?

    Hedgehog..
Well done in extending your fast…your lot do enjoy your chocolate cheesecake…still on my list to do…frightened of all the calories on this and my other baking…I find it the hardest thing on fasting..

    DF..
You must not forget to come in here too..pledge what you are doing….😂
You are doing very well on your exercise videos a bit too much for me…the restrictions I thing are getting us to cook, experiment with recipes more…then we eat and nibble…it’s quite hard….last time I shopped I found it so stressful…glad it’s being brought to us now…

    Tammy..
Hope pussy goes well today at the vets..let us know how things are…

    Tyhpoo..
How are you doing, you have disappeared …stay with us…

Have a good fast day everyone..

    Jean x

    Afternoon..
Keeping strong and keeping busy…Charlie walked, grass cut, car wiped down after it was covered in brown spots after the clean of yesterday ☹️, scraped moss off my garden wall at the front of the house it’s been annoying me in ages, so hose pipe out and cleaning the main path after I made a load of mess…

    Well earned cuppa now…

I found my tray for my cress will sow that and get it started on my window sill…disappointed with my seeds I feel a bit done!..very small amount..I shall go back on line and see if I can find where I bought them last time..it was a bag full..

    Keep strong everyone…

    Jean x

    Hedgehog…
I found my seed company…Premier seeds, although not as many on sale as usual due to the virus..I have bought 4 different varieties for £6.50…including about 60p postage….they usually give you a good amount of seeds..worth a look..

Coriander, radish, curly cress, white cress..

    Jean x

    Afternoon!
Wow, Jean, you have been busy!
Thanks about the seeds- I’ve ordered cress, alfafa, pea shoots & carrots, not sure if any were from Premier, a bit annoyed as the cress are going to take another week 😬 but my new iron came & very chuffed with that, mixer has come & will try it out at the weekend, & my Grape Tree seeds & almond flour etc order came 2 weeks early!
Got Mum’s shopping order done, she definitely needs help, had forgotten to put lots of things on from her list, & milk hadn’t even made it onto the list!! She had been out for a walk ‘with’ a friend- opposite sides of the road, so was more cheerful.
We had an email about our holiday which was cancelled- the company said they’d spoken to the owner, & won’t be refunding it , & wouldn’t give us a transfer either! Hubby was hopping mad & rang the owner direct- he knew nothing about this & hadn’t had any money for the bookings either, he was told everyone had been refunded. So obvs holiday company are pocketing the money themselves. Hubby will ring them tomorrow, I will put ear plugs in 😂. Did my HIIT workout, now got to do dinner…
    Hope fasters keeping strong!

Evening everyone, a good FD kept myself busy which helped.
Jean husband loves to grow coriander and basil mainly he’s also got chillies and peppers on the go.
Hedgehogs we’re due to pay the balance for our June Sheringham holiday tomorrow but can’t see us going – have looked on the company that we booked with website and they state that you can transfer your booking free and make it for the nearest date next year and only pay the same price as this year. Will telephone tomorrow and see whats what. Hope you get yours sorted.
Dave hope you feel better soon.
Latest news on my cousin is that she’s still on paracetamol to lower her temperature and intravenous antibiotics.
Rang daughters today to see how she was and son in law answered as she was sleeping but he said she was feeling better than yesterday which is good news her Dr changed her medication dosage and it seems to be helping 🤞
Have a good rest of the evening everyone and stay safe.
    Nana x

I was on intravenous antibiotics a few years ago,I had cellulitis in my leg and was going to Cyprus 10 days later. They normally admit you to hospital for the first dose but they sent a nurse round each day to give it to me.One nurse injected it straight into my cannula instead of putting me on the drip and it caused a alurgic reaction. My back turned red.I am already allergic to penicillin.

    Hello

Definitely not a fast day. Just saying. Although making recipe from SW book tonight so not total write off.

Hh that’s shocking about holiday company. Which booking site was it, or maybe post in WhatsApp group rather than go public. We’ve got 4 booked this year. Two of which are paid for and allegedly we can transfer the dates. Originally they said within 12m, now they are saying anytime up to the end of 2021 so that should be ok as don’t mind rebooking. Youngest daughter due to go to Morocco and has managed to get almost all refunded, just waiting for flights to be cancelled, but suspect as it’s a budget airline they’ll make it more difficult.

Hope your cousin is on the mend Nana. Such worrying times.

Nice to see you Endellion, stay safe and keep in touch when you can.

Hope Steve’s energy picks up Jean. I know there are good and bad weeks.

Enjoy the camping Minols. You’re more game than me. I like my bed too much, although bed time creeping earlier and earlier under lockdown. Some nights have been there by 8 o’clock. Managed to stay up until 10 last night; that was quite a feat. Mum and dad FaceTiming at 8:30 tonight though.

Hello everyone else. I know thursday is popular for fasting so hope it’s going well

    CW

Dave I had an allergic reaction to Cefalexin that was prescribed for a kidney infection a few years back came up in a horrible blotchy red rash all over my body except for my face luckily but I was in agony as it was very painful and it took around three weeks for the rash to fade. I was off work for six weeks in all and my work certificate stated my reason for absence was due to an allergic reaction to drugs.
Not a nice thing to happen is it.

    Evening…

    Kitchen closed…eat tomorrow..all well…😀

    Hedgehog..
Grape seeds, I wondered what you were growing 😂.. just to eat, I haven’t heard of them..my mixture is just to see how they go..just realised my radishes, just rinse and leave every 12 hours for about 5 days ?? all new to me no compost.. maybe a disaster 😂
Mixer and iron, well done on the ordering…my hand mixer is 53 years old!!
The cheek of the holiday company..they need shaming into it, good luck with it for hubby tomorrow ..😬..🤞
Poor mum on her milk..I keep forgetting tomatoes, already on the list for next time.

    Nana..
I fancy growing chilli’s, I think it starts September.. good news on daughter and cousin, glad they are improving. Steve is a bit better today, he’s had a couple of rough days.

    Dave..
That sounded nasty. Steves injections are 1” long and thick like a knitting needle poor boy…glad it’s not me!

    Jean x

    Morning all!
Well done to everyone fasting yesterday!
Jean- poor Steve, that needle is huge 😱 Hope he has a better day…Grape seeds 😂 – Grape Tree is a health food store chain! I get through quite alot of seeds for my seed crackers. Well done keeping your mixer for that long, they don’t make them like they used to!
Nana- still a worry with your family, hope daughter & cousin keep improving. Did you get everything from your tesco order okay?
Dave- cellulitus is nasty, & so is being given an injection wrong, ouch! I’m allergic to penicillen too- it runs in our family.
Sadly excited to get our shopping today! Hope I can fit everything in the fridge 😱. Will take Xena out in a minute, & other than picking up a prescription & seeing Mum, nothing else planned.
Have as good a day as you can everyone!

Morning all – big push this morning to get all the work done.

Jean – so impressed with everything you get done…my intentions are good, but as an old friend used to cheerily say – the road to hell is paved with your good intentions, M!

HH – what are cheat about your holiday! Incensed! Good job your OH called the owner. I alwasy just assume people are doing the right thing!

Catch you all on the other side of the fly sheet!

    Mx

    Morning All…
Looks like another lovely day…taking a route further down the riverbank, someone said the horses and cows are not about?? We will see…

Clean up down stairs and washer on….

This morning the scales showed a pound off…the same pound which stayed off before my birthday early in the week…good!

    Hedgehog…..
Hope all is there on your delivery..my new seeds are already on their way….maybe a garden day with a book if nothing planned for you ..I can’t sit like I used too, strange I used to enjoy it…Steve seems to be coming round now last injection this morning…good luck on the refund today…

    Minols..
I have good and bad work days, slower now trying to spread it about a bit ….you are so busy no time for anything but for others…must be so hard juggling all the time… how did your camping night go? What food did you eventually have?…all three of you….

    Nana..
Hope everything is still improving on daughter and cousin….

Tea to drink and walk…waiting for the temperature to rise…whining Charlie waiting..

Sisters lost card arrived 10 days after posting!

    Jean x

    Morning everyone!

Jean – sounds like a very busy day yesterday. My dad grows chillis very successfully. On a sunny day after harvesting we leave them out on a baking tray to fully dry out (or in a low oven) and then have chillis to use all year round.
HH – shocking about the holiday! Fingers crossed your husband gets a positive answer from them today. I’m sure you’re entitled to your money back, you might just need to put up a bit of a fight.
Nana – best wishes to your cousin…
Minols – it’s hard isn’t it? Some days I have the best intentions and eventually concede to doing absolutely nothing at all. Other days, it seems to work out better haha! Let’s hope it’s the latter for you today!

Beautiful weather over here again. Very pleased about that. It makes it so much easier to feel positive, and I’m lucky to have both a garden and nearby woods for walks. Weighed again this morning and 0.5kg down from yesterday. Surprised, but since the scales didn’t move at all last week, maybe I deserve it!

Hope everyone has a lovely day.
    x

Good morning everyone another sunny day.Not used to all this sun here. Sainsbury’s in a bit then take Heidi out, just fed her, she had half. She’s not a greedy dog like my last one was.

Morning everyone a lovely sunny day here again also. Have spoken to daughter just now and she’s sounding so much better which is due to the change in her medication dosage. She has to take steroids quite a lot of the time also as part of her Asthma treatment but the Dr likes her to have a break from them because if not she’ll have to carry a card with her always to state that she takes them and also the dosage.
Hedgehogs only three things missing on order dried yeast , sr flour and caster sugar so will put them on my next Iceland order. Been in touch about our holiday booking for June as balance was due today and they’ve deferred it for another two weeks and also said that we can rebook it for next year around the same time at this years price. Hope you get yours sorted.
Jean that’s a good age for your mixer my oldest item is an ironing board that was given to us when we got married so will be 50 yrs old this year it’s a bit like Triggers broom and has had quite a few new covers over the years.
Dave hope both you and Heidi are alright this morning.
Have a good day everyone whether fasting or not. Take away Fish & Chips and a couple of glasses of wine planned for this evening and a blt sandwich shortly for lunch.
    Stay safe everyone.
    Nana x

Afternoon all. Sat enjoying the sun with a cuppa. Making the most of it as I think the clouds are starting to roll in. Got a few plants to put in position. And contemplating whether I can put tomato plants out in grow bags yet.

Busy trying to pull details together for a stay at home street party for VE anniversary. Hopefully enough people will join in!

I weighed myself this morning…not good..but at least Im back to fasting a bit, just need to get the big girl pants on regularly!!

    January I lost 4lbs
    February I lost 2 lbs
    March I put on 3 lbs 😈😈😈😈
April, at present Im another 1lb up

1 week to go, so that 1lb definitely has to go, so then Im at least the same as I was after my bad March month!
Just dont know if to do adf 800 or 5:2 with 500s

Nana, glad that family seem to be a bit better.

Minols, you have so much work to do. It seemed to work when you had smaller jobs on pieces of paper and tackled one at a time.

My indoor jobs are on hold whilst the weather is so nice. There will be plenty of time to recommence the spring cleaning here.

Jean, hope that Steve starts to come back up again soon. Very up and down time, fingers crossed its doing its job.

Endellion, Im with you on the chillies. We still have loads in the freezer from 18 months ago which are still as good as fresh when we use them.

HH, how disgusting of the holiday company. Hopefully it will be soon sorted.

Dave, how are Heidis legs today. Did you give her a shorter walk yesterday?

    Right, on with the gardening…

    Kay x

    Afternoon!

Quick post, very busy here; took ages to wipe down all the shopping & find homes for it! Was pleased I’d got everything in the fridge until I realised the 2 cheesecakes will need to go in. Resorted to veggies & salad going in a cool bag in a shady spot! Made a keto cheesecake & a kinder bueno one for youngest son. Washed up now & off to Mum’s shortly to see her. So no sitting in the garden today 😟.
Doesn’t sound like anyone’s fasting today?

    Afternoon..
Lovely walk on the river bank out for hour and twenty mins, no cows or horses out, cows were about yesterday depends where they wander.

I am doing my belly pork, crackling and shallots recipe, with garlic and red wine, copied from a ‘Ask restaurant’ meal…long and slow…a while since I have done it but one of our favourites..a glass of 🍷too…roast potatoes and veg tonight, it’s usually with new potatoes ..

    Endellion..
Interesting about the chilli plant, I think September is the start of growing seeds so missed out this year..lovely you have a garden and woods to walk in..you need it after work, keep safe….nice to see the scales are moving down…

    Evening..
A lovely busy day, sat in the garden for a hour before Charlie was asking for his walk..a lovely meal tonight with a glass of wine..

Just heard the hairdressers are going to be closed for at least another 6 months..panic for my colour, daughter said buy on line, I didn’t think going that way…bought 3 and another peroxide, slow delivery but not bothered on that…quite pleased now…looks like I will be wearing a ponytail!!

    Have a good weekend.

Go grey,it’s natural.Shorter walks today and Heidi seems ok.My throat is a bit funny but ok at the moment.Been scorching all day here. Lots of people sat out in the street but all sat apart.

Evening everyone , just had our fish & chips and I’m now enjoying my first glass of wine 😉
Dave glad Heidi is ok and hope your throat eases up soon.
Jean think we’re all going to be having a pony tail at the end of this. I stopped colouring my hair about ten years ago so now worries about hair colouring.

I am starting feeling long on my hair…didn’t know whether to cut some layers in, then difficult for a ponytail, wait a bit…I am not ready for grey if it was all platinum it would be nice, still a bit half and half..I think?
