Fasting and skin issues

  • Just wondering if anyone has experienced dry, irritated skin and scalp since fasting. I think I am getting enough healthy oils. Thanks.

    Are you getting the right balance of essential fatty acids? Omega-3s from oily fish are anti inflammatory, but omega-6s found in many nuts and some seeds are pro inflammatory.

    Do you eat eggs? Those are really good for skin condition in any diet except healthy oils ofcourse

    Yes, I eat eggs usually every other day.

    I did a while back. Googled and seems like it is a common reaction.
