I’m trying to work out a Fast Strength regime for myself, based on the book. I’ve done well with Fast Diet (lost 10kg) and with Fast Exercise (HIIT) but I’m struggling to integrate Fast Strength. Views/opinions/suggestions welcome!

You start out with doing 6-7 exercises for 30 seconds each. If you can do 2 rounds, go for it.
Try working up to 45 seconds each or a minutes. Or try to do 4-5 rounds.
Fast Exercise is no more prescriptive than Fast Diet. Start with 30 seconds, then increase intensity and length.
I do about 30 minutes total each day.
