  • Hi, I started the fast diet last Sunday and my second day was Tuesday. I really didn’t have any issues with hunger, but I am starting to feel as though I need to do another fast day because I did my first two so close together. I was going to fast today but felt discouraged. Now I keep thinking I won’t lose anything. I’m going to try for next M/Th…I just don’t want to screw this up as I really want to drop 20 pounds. Any advice would be appreciated!

    You can do any two diet days and as long as you stay below your TDEE on the other five days you will be fine.
