Hi, I started the fast diet last Sunday and my second day was Tuesday. I really didn’t have any issues with hunger, but I am starting to feel as though I need to do another fast day because I did my first two so close together. I was going to fast today but felt discouraged. Now I keep thinking I won’t lose anything. I’m going to try for next M/Th…I just don’t want to screw this up as I really want to drop 20 pounds. Any advice would be appreciated!
Hi Meltat and welcome:
You can do any two diet days and as long as you stay below your TDEE on the other five days you will be fine.

I found the information on this forum really tremendous and that is quite enjoyable as well. The people who facing related problems have to share and get the professionals help here. I would like to visit other essay writing help forum post as well to get acknowledged.
