    Starting weight: 94 kilos

    Day #1
    Fasting

    Dinner:
    Lamb, lentil and vegetable casserole

    Dessert:
    Diet chocolate mousse (only 100 calories!!!!)

    I can not weigh in til Monday. Tomorrow I have 1500 calories, them Sunday I fast. I am really proud of myself I went amazing today. I was thinking of doing 500 calories, 2000 calories (I burn 500 calories at the gym) 500 calories etc. any advice?

    Sounds like a good plan to me, way to go now!!
