Hello, I was just wondering to people usually keep away from carbs on fasting days?? Like brown pastas, brown rice ect???? As I find it very hard to keep low carb on these days! Thanks

After awhile, most discover carbs make them more hungry. People usually settle for one evening meal high in fat and moderate in protein. Many finally discover it is easier just not to eat on diet days. They don’t have to count calories, lose more weight, and are not hungry, either.
