So I wake up at 6:00am and I usually only drink water in the day and I only eat a meal around 7:00 pm. (Only in fast days) I don’t eat anything in the morning just a meal with my 600 calories in the afternoon is that ok?

I also just eat dinner, but some people spread their calories over more meals and some just do a water fast and eat no meals at all.
Everyone has their own approach to fast days that works for them, and I think it’s important that what you do suits you. Whichever pattern works for you is the one that’s sustainable long term.
