Breast cancer chemotherapy

Hello, I have breast cancer and will be starting chemotherapy (TAC regime ) on 17Feb. Would be very interested to hear if anyone out there has tried fasting prior to treatments to reduce the effect of treatment on healthy cells and therefore reduce side effects.
I feel as though I’m about to throw myself to the lions ….
