Hello, I have breast cancer and will be starting chemotherapy (TAC regime ) on 17Feb. Would be very interested to hear if anyone out there has tried fasting prior to treatments to reduce the effect of treatment on healthy cells and therefore reduce side effects.
I feel as though I’m about to throw myself to the lions ….
Hello MrsB62 and welcome to our forum. I am sorry to read of your breast cancer and wish you the best of luck with your treatment. In response to your question, click on the “forum” link on the top right side of the home page. Then click on “the official fast diet forums”.
