HA I ate half of that meringue π – no cream or fruit (so it could’ve been worse) – it was delicious. I’ve been in the confessional aka MFP to log my half cup of sugar. Ha, still not too bad re tdee AND I can now jump tall buildings with a single bound. I bet I could jump the Atlantic Ocean and share some with you, Fit! It has been a rather carby day here, too. We’ll be good tomorrow.
SJ we didn’t have the eggplant, instead shared some BBQ with friends. Thank heavens for protein. So maybe the rotolo Tuesday night if the eggplants can be patient π
Barb yes you CAN DO IT. You have Aussie Determination and 5:2 just stick with it and you will do great. Do not make any Pavlova! Probably best not to try Milena’s version of a liquid diet either (or PH’s cleaning tips hahaha).
CG I have a feeling you’d never be satisfied with a leisurely walk – it’s great that you told your trainer about glutes, because the more you work those babies the better you’ll feel and the more agility you’ll have. I’m not a no-pain-no-gain exerciser, but sometimes it’s what works.
