  • This one deserves a post on its own team! I went to the endocrinologist today and am now off all medicines (including metformin!!)
He was really happy with my progress as have also lost 10 cms off my waist 🙂
I now have monitor my food intake (fewer “treats”‘) to stay off meds – meeting him again in Feb next year. Hopefully lose the last ten kilos by then 🙂

Oops sorry! I meant cute posts in my last post 1st line. My phone has a mind of its own!!

Golly, things are quiet, where is everyone, glad you posted Lotus, feel like I’m flying solo lately 🙂 xxxxxx

Lotus wooohooo, how fantastic for you, it shows how well you are doing, you must feel so proud and rightly so. Good on you girl, time to celebrate…a little 🙂 xxxxx

Yep. Vodka with soda and Lemon with OH soon 🙂

Hi gals I’m here at last. Went for a drive and then a 2+ hour walk along our cape to cape track in the SW. Sitting in the car now as I’m a bit tired! OH is still wandering taking photos.Track was quite tricky and lots of downs and ups…don’t like the ups, esp on logs and rocks. But hey should have used some cals up.
    Beautiful day here.
Might help get the number down to start tomorrows fast too. Going to go back to my HB eggs after my disaster Monday. I’m sure they fill me up better and get me through the evening without caving in!
Lotus huge congrats on your dr visit…fantastic girl. Xx
And wouldn’t he be happy if you lost those 10 kg by Feb!!!
Have a good night all and ensure you’re ready for FD tomorrow. Another step in our journey to wellness fitness and ……new clothes! I walked out this morning with a new little vest for our walk & OH said Boy just about all your clothes are new! Not true but there are quite a few I’ll admit…and it’s fabulous!! Most bought on good sales too. And we can all do that with just 2 fasts a week. Brilliant. suejen xx

SJ – even older clothes look better and somehow “new” because we are new versions of ourselves too 🙂
    Same but better 😉

Tis true Lotus but same of mine were hanging like bags…not a good look! And I love saying to the shop assistant when she says what size that I’m either a 14 or a 12. It’s such a buzz!! xx
The back/neck however is not such a good feel after our walk/climb so heading to a bath with Radox in to soothe the muscles…..and maybe a book!
See you all tomorrow. suejen XX
Lotus hope you enjoyed your vodka soda & lemon to celebrate?

Yes I did, very much 😉 actually find it more satisfying than a sweeter drink.
No alcohol now until end of next week!

Re the clothes, definitely time to buy if they are hanging on you! Yay!!

Good morning team, if there is anyone out there. Fast day again, WE CAN DO THIS let your AUSSIE DETERMINATION have your back you know it’s doable you have done it before, and even though some fasts are harder than others soldier on. It will be tomorrow before you know it with another fast done and dusted. I almost feel like I’m starting again, the drugs I’m on are making me bloated, still 3.5k over my plateau weight, but hay…I’ll get there and even better.there will be no pain to slow me in future
so it’s a wait and see for the moment, but I will NEVER give up, either 5:2 or these exercises (walking) no matter how painful, it is all for a better and healthier future 🙂 …Happy day team to you all xxxxxxx

    Hi CG,

good to see you are making progress, you sound better every day. Lotus, good news, lovely – might be a good idea to think up some ‘off the cuff’ remarks to those who put us down – just remember its a sign folk are jealous – their problem, not yours! Great news from the Doc, so next time someone makes a remark, just say thanks for noticing, you feel fabulous, best thing you every did, doc is delighted, you are chuffed you are sooo good inside and out …. I can just see them all shirking away. Of course you have to do in all in a loud voice with a huge smile – work out the script and practice in the mirror!!!!

Difficult few weeks, yoyoing and losing and gaining the same few pounds, still off the booze but not seeing much for the sacrifice – think its because I’m back doing antique fairs, resorting to old food habits due to being away from home and on my feet all day, so doing a couple of liquid fasts before the next one on Sunday.

Other than that cat has decided she is dying again – two great weeks but now back to hardly walking, hand feeding and waking us at 4am – good job that holiday has been postponed because we are also waiting for a date for son’s operation on his hand, which now sounds quite serious, and to top it all OH is looking after his mum for three weeks while son who lives with her has a break in Canada – hope he comes back, OH is favorite son, but I have the feeling she is not his favorite mother.

Six months anniversay of starting 5:2 and about halfway to 35-40 kilo loss, time to get into gear for the second half, Christmas is only 23 weeks until Christmas and I’m determined to be down from a size 20 to 10-12 by then!

Hope everyone is having a good week!!!!

Fantastic news, Lotus! Congratulations! Being off meds must be wonderful as they always affect other things as well, don’t they?

Milena, trials and tribulations! Is your cat really old? Good work on your weight loss and all the best for everything else that is going on.

I blame my husband for offering me wine last night. “Just a small one”, I foolishly said. Well, I had about 3 of those small ones. I should blame myself really! So I guess I just have to say no, full stop, if I am not out. And what was he doing breaking our rule anyway??? He ended up having more than me.

Anyway, both fasting today but I will be cross with myself if I haven’t lost a little tomorrow as it was a big weekend and I couldn’t afford to lash out midweek as well!

See you all at weigh in tomorrow!

Hay girls, all you are saying is that you are normal, human…and that’s what 5:2 is for…our way of life 🙂 …off to the doctor for more pain killers….enjoy the fast team, YOU CAN DO IT xxxxxxxx

Milena, your line “OH is favorite son, but I have the feeling she is not his favorite mother.” really resonated with m. We have the same issue at home too, so she lives with us, but it can get…interesting… at times 🙂
Thank you for the encouragement, and excellent idea to practice in front of the mirror, any new behavior I think needs practicing, I especially balk at confrontation (or people getting aggro at me, my problem, not theirs in anyway!)
Hmmm I think your cat taking the “nine lives” bit seriously and practicing on living out each life 🙂

CG – Yes, Yes, Yes, we are fallible humans 🙂 I tell myself that every time I fall 🙂

UpT – I am scared to weigh myself tomorrow as have had no weight loss at all for some weeks now. My doc was not too bothered by it. He was happy with the centimeter loss in the waistline. His attitude could be something we adopt too?

Thanks, CG, you are right. As I was writing it I was thinking that deep down I knew it was OK but I was disappointed with myself. I am so keen to get back to my weight in May and then continue on.

I just have to learn to be patient!

Hello team. Yesterday was very busy so I didn’t get round to posting. Together wiht lots of other stuff we took Pepper to the off lead dog area where he had a ball with his little pal Tilly. They ran themselves ragged. I had a annoying episode with my Visa card. I entered the wrong PIN and now I get ” declined” at every B eftpos machine. It’s so annoying as the crims never seem to have a problem with gaining access to other people’s money. Sigh!
Lotus congratulations you really are doing so well. CG sorry that you need more pain killers but as usual you are your strong determined self. I was far from surprised to see that I’ve put on a kilo since my last weigh in. Blowing ones diet and a sedentary lifestyle will do that to you. Anyhow back on the horse and I had a long long walk this morning that must have burned up quite a few calories. FD here again. I’ve just cooked up a batch of Miso soup for a few meals. It doesn’t smell particularly pleasant. I think that would be the shiitake mushrooms. The taste is OK though.
Cheers and hang in there team.
    XX Dawg

HI team. Dawg the sedentary lifestyle of winter does not help at all. I’ve gone back today to my HB eggs for brekky & lunch deciding that that tweak didn’t work. And also the old adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” came to mind…what I was doing was working well for me so stick with it. Other tweaks I’ll continue: always have a morning walk on a FD & MAKE myself drink more. The other one I’ll drop is keeping cals lower than ~500 as then I go mad after dinner & end up not just at 500, but maybe 800-1000. Amazing what you can eat after dinner if the munchies hit you when you’ve managed fine all day!
UT yes you sure are human. Don’t give yourself the guilts over one night & a few drinks. Even if you don’t lose it’s only one week & you haven’t lost the plot or anything. We all tend to be impatient with our journey but CG does encourage us to ENJOY the journey….that includes the wine along the way!!
Lotus interesting re the doc’s comment isn’t it. We’re our own worst critics & we shouldn’t be. It will come……it will come, so long as you stay on the horse.
Wow Milena you’re halfway to your goal in only 6 months…that’s fantastic. And to change from a size 20 down to a 10/12 is pretty smashing I reckon. You are losing at a fast rate that’s for sure.
CG you certainly have to use your &*%$$# determination at present with your journey. Hope you have the meds & they’re now in your system giving relief. Hang in there girl, if anyone can get through this you can! And the weight will drop but keep in mind your body’s coping with a lot of stuff at present.

Well another FD is 1/2 over. As you probably know by now I’m a cooking/recipe gal & always trying new ones. This morning I organised my 5:2 recipes into one folder to make them easier to find. So much better! So now I’m hunting through to find my dinner. Then onto MFP to check it all out & will stick with that no matter what. We can all beat the winter plateaus/gains if we stick with what we know. Have a great day fasting that fat off ladies! suejen XX

I think to suejen, even non fast days are less than they were before we joined 5:2.
The 5:2 concept seems to calculate your weekly intake, giving less with the fast but because we ARE human we may not be 100% with the fast but certainly less on non fast days than we ever were before. We do wait for that tap on the shoulder, keeping us in line. We now feel the guilts with a few wines, before 5:2 it was ‘pass the bottle with the chips and nut” ….not any more. I know this way is slower but this is our way of eating, it’s the marathon, not a sprint, a few stuff up’s don’t cancel out the good work. Summer will be here before we know it and as we are now eating less over all, the salads will be an easy transformation with even less cals and the weight will budge again.
Well back from the doctors, loaded up with drugs, now doing them as needed, not by the clock, actually walked around the supermarket for a short time too but so ready for a lay down on the couch, feeling tight in the back and my leg is letting me know who’s the boss 🙁 I’ve had two Chai Lattes today, one either side of shopping nothing solid yet, to sore and tired to care. Nice piece of fresh salmon ready for dinner on a bed of baby spinach and onion, good squeeze on lemon..yummmm, might nudge a hot chocolate before bed too 🙂
Positive thinking team…we can do it, slow and steady, we will get to a stage of ALL small meals, no junk craving, the occasion tipple and no guilt. But give it time, we are still conscious of following a plan, that will change and just become the normal way we eat. 🙂 xxxxxxxx 7 days a week!

Went to the fridge, cottage cheese all gone. I am fasting. Sent a text message to my daughter who finished work at 1 close to Woolworths.

    She showed all her workmates.

Apparently,”I need cottage cheese. Urgent”, was hilariously funny!

    Hi suejen

thank you – I felt really down lsst night ehen I wrote my post, and you saw a positive, reminded me Im a real cup half full sort of gal, I’d forgotten for a minute! Makes me feel good this motning and determined to get losing this week! That aussie determination is rubbing off.

Hi Lotus – I could write a book! Whole chapters about her hiding my bike, repainting my hall (half of it and just one coat) leaving son alone in swimming pool, never ever buying gifts or cards, accusing me of stealing sixpences etc etc. On the other hand OH is slmost persuaded to rent a house in France for six months next year, I’ve want go write a comedy series or sitcom, and I’m basing the MIL on her – now thats looking on the bright side!!!!! Just have to hope the french postal system is good so I csn work too.

Hi Up she’s not that old, 12, but she is aging me, have had her in bed all night, its like having a small child in bed, the cats well rested and I’ve spent the night awake snd hanging off the edge of the bed! Had to laugh at the cottsge cheese!

CG, weird that you are looking foward to Summer and we are in the middle of it, though some days of Summer in Scotland feel exactly like winter, and far too cold for salads! Too cold to get up at the moment without putting the heating on, and the canny Scot I married would be mortified if I did, matter of principle not to put heating on in July or August unless its really cold, it is Summer after all! So I’m staying put under my 13 tog duvet. We do have a summer duvet – but we only use it as an extra layer in the winter!

Well, blown it already, two Monte Carlo bikkies with a cuppa and the neighbour who drove me to the doctor…doesn’t take much, not worried, showing appreciation for someones kindness is worth it. Sure, could have resisted but 740 still a low cal day, if they were all like this, there would be no problems. Still a happy little vegimite 🙂 and a similar day tomorrow with cals will put me in front. Xxxxxx

Milena- a comedy with your MIL as a character would definitely sell, from the antics she seems to have gotten to! 😉
CG – well done, 740 is still really low cal . Maybe start fasting once you are healed?
    Hope the pain gets better…
UpT – lol! Did you get the cheese after all?
SJ – I too find late evening after a long day the danger zone on a fast day, so easy to eat and eat … I am hanging in there, mostly fluids today (had a tablespoon of raisins also)- so comes to about 200 cals all in at a generous estimate. On the way Home now after a 12 hour day. Hopefully I will be too tired to nosh after that 🙂

Hi all, ended up not doing a FD today as OH is still on holiday and it will fit better on Saturday – not done a weekend day before.
CG I succumbed to Ginger Kisses today and I wasn’t even showing appreciation for kindness to anyone, unless it was me!! 🙂 Ate three before I knew it, hadn’t had lunch so it was with a cuppa at 4:00pm.
Up love the cottage cheese saga,
Lotus what an achievement to be off meds. How much better are you going to feel. Great.
Milena stomach in knots over your poor little cat. 12 is a good age though. Got a sore shoulder because our rag-doll decided it was cold enough to nose in under the covers early this morning and I was stupid enough to not change position in case I disturbed her. Sheesh.
Dawg I had to fess up to OH recently that the machine ‘ate’ my card because I was trying to use the wrong card and appropriate pin. As it was a Friday the centre couldn’t open the machine to give me back my card and it ended up over east. Ten days later …..
SJ good to stick to what your body can manage, that’s why I sick to the same predictable boring routine so that I know where I am each FD.
CG you are always a happy (inspiring) little vegemite. YY xx

The funny thing is the less I eat (solid) the less hungry I get…

    Thanks YY!!

Thanks team for the understanding support. Feel a bit of a let down to you all at the moment. I’m in bed watching the cricket, fighting heavy eyes, the meds do that…..and keep doing a personal promise..next week..nextweek..next week….but it will happen as I start to get my life back I know. I’m under no pressure so why stress about it, my gain is sitting between 3.5-4k so not a real issue but don’t want it to go any further. Meals, or food at the monent is when I can be bothered, so really should be losing big time, but grab the wrong things I guess. Anyway..Next Week! 🙂
    Happy evening all xxxxx

Where has our Gypsy gone? And GG, where are you?? We need the support! Xxx

CG I’ll have to put my boots on, like you told me once, and say that you are not letting anyone down – not one of us and certainly not yourself. Sheesh you’ve just had spinal surgery for goodness sake. Just settle down take one day at a time and ….when 5:2 happens, it will happen. Doesn’t matter if it’s next week, next month or EVEN (dare I say it) next year! Truly I mean it. You simply owe it to yourself to put your recovery top of the tree and anything else takes second/third/whatever place. If you manage to maintain……wonderful, if you manage to lose a bit….even more wonderful. If you gain a bit but you have a fabulous recovery to a pain-free, mobile, flexible future then you’ve done extremely well my girl! That’s what’s important right now in your universe. 5:2 takes a backseat and we can all wait for you. We’re here because of you but we’re mature adults & can support each other along our journeys.
So….no more apologising or guilts. We all understand and support you through the good times AND the bad to your eventual full recovery. That’s why we’re a team. suejen XXX
OK boots off now CG so have a good restful night’s sleep with your meds!

CG, maybe to keep your weight stable while you still healing, don’t fast, but record everything you eat and minimise processed carbs? Also, you have NOT let anyone down. You are being…. Human!
    We understand. Really…
    Hugs
    Lotus

Okay, bum bruised suejen, point taken, I am hard on myself and have tried so hard to keep the weight off as the body does not need to carry it on my joints. But yes, your right of course. If I take a few steps back to heal, and if meds make me gain a bit, or my food choices are not the best, just convenient, I’ll go with it 🙂 I just feel disappointed in myself for weakening but on the other hand so proud I went through with the op. It’s painful at times, a lot of the time actually with nerve pain, but I tell myself it’s healing pain, my back feels great and lets me know if I’ve tweeked it a bit, my right leg is the problem, but I’ll get there. Just needed the reassurance I guess. Some of these meds warn the possibility of depression, I don’t think I’m going down that track, but doing both, healing and dieting, dare I say, is just a bit too difficult. My interest or enthusiasm just isn’t the same. Being on my own too means the mentle games ensue and common sense takes a back seat. Okay, recovery first, 5:2 second. I’ll sit here in the back stalls and do the cheering rather than participating 🙂 Just woke up at 12.45am, bit of discomfort, put telly back on, will watch the cricket until it settles. Nighty night all and thank you again xxxxx

Hi all. Quick this morning as I have a busy day.

    Weigh in day.
    Starting weight 76 (November)

    Today’s weight 65.5

200 grams to go to get back to lowest point before travelling to Europe.

    Have a good day.:-)

    Great results Uptight! Well done!!!

    Its weigh in day!
This morning the scales showed a increase of .2kgs …. So I’m back in the 70’s.
We all lost the bulk of our weight during the summer months, with all this cold weather and the need to rug up we have reached for the comfort food.
Exercise has been an all time low for some of us. I myself have not wanted to do pilates in heavy clothing… even Oscar has not wanted to go walking in the wind.
We are seeing some wonderful benifits of 5:2…. we are off meds, conditions of health have improved over the months…. so what if the scales and the dreaded plateaus have been unkind the changes are still happening and that is why we continue in this incredible WOL and are continuing to discover ways of making our food choices interesting.
We are AUSSIE DETERMINATION…. fit , strong and healthy, confident and beautiful in mind , body and spirit…. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!! keep at it… Summer is around the corner…….HUGS…….GO GALxxxxxxxx

Thou art right, oh wise one GG! 🙂
Team – Its a very bitterly cold and rainy day in Sydney – hope you are all rugged up…
Exercise – probably walking in a shopping mall (after remembering to “forget” the wallet in the car)!!

Morning Team. GG I’m with you, back into the 70’s with a gain of .8 to 70.5. However I’m happy enough if I can for now hover around the 70.0’s, and maybe see an occasional 69 until my body decides I’m really there – or whatever it does! I haven’t seen 69 again since last week’s weigh-in so not surprising. I’m using a different mindset and thinking of it as maintaining for the winter….not a plateau. Positive spin eh?!
Thanks for the encouragement GG and the HUGS.
UT you’re nearly there well done. You doubted yourself but you didn’t need to! 5:2 has got you there in double quick time.
CG hope you settled down to a better night and don’t forget that the No 1 spot in the front stalls is reserved for you…..once you’re ready. For now be a lady of leisure!

Come on team how about some more weigh-ins – they couldn’t be much worse than mine? I don’t think it matters what the number is (well, in some regards!) so long as we keep posting to stay honest…and stay the course. We all know the zigzags happen by now but it would be great if we got back to everyone posting their results on a Friday (or another day for that matter). Love to hear from you all suejen XXX
PS Have a great day and stay warm.

Hi everyone, can I please join you! I am new here and just joined the forum. In my life away from the computer I don’t know anyone else on this 5 2 diet. I have been on it since February, and I can’t say enough about how good it is. I have only lost a little weight, but it is on a downhill slide. I only lose a few grams a week, but I don’t really care as it is something I will stay on, as long as I stay healthy. I am sorry I have not had time to read all the posts and have only scanned the last few. There are some real positive stories out there.

Hi Serena, sorry for the late reply, of course you can join our team. It makes it so much easier than doing this journey alone. We have a great team, all members are only too pleased to help each other with suggestions and tips. The subject may deviate at times because friendships build and life is not all 5:2 it is just part of it. Plus its a way of getting to know each other and what caused the weight gain in the first place 🙂 If you do have any questions in your quest please ask as they arise and one or more of the members will reply. Welcome aboard…Country Gal xx

    Hi CG is your pain any better today?? suejen {{{ }}}

HI Everyone just thought I’d attach a link to this interesting article from a lady I follow. I know we’re not all on Facebook, or even like it perhaps, but she has a very interesting point to make that might help some of us make better choices with 5:2. Have a look and see what you think. I thought it was a quite powerful message to encourage us to self-care. suejen XXXX PS it’s not on Facebook as such, just on the web.

    http://www.louisethompson.com/facebook-fit-and-healthy/

Hi suejen, thanks for the cuddles, another struggle day. I’ve decided to hibernate for a while from 5:2 and just totally concentrate on healing. I’m only three weeks in and another three before I see the specialist and not sleeping. So I know you’ll all understand if I don’t post for a while. I am doing things on my own, which isn’t easy, my kids are doing week end about, and I haven’t missed a day since starting Aussie determination, but it just has to be time out at the moment. I am finding it difficult to be upbeat, which is unfair to our thread. So take care everyone, “I’ll be back” 🙂 xxxxx

Welcome to Aussie Determination Serena!I gather from your profile that you are more than aware of the wonderful health benefits of 5:2 and the weight loss being the added bonus. You are on a positive journey. Most of the team have been with the thread and 5:2 for 10mths now . We have all had incredible journeys on this WOL and WOE, many of us have ceased taking medication for health conditions under the instruction of our health care professional because of the effects of 5:2.Also many have obtained their goal weights during this time or are gradually getting there.
We are a very positive , supportive and caring group of real men and women. We may deviate from 5:2 at times with discussions of what is happening within our lives or other topics of interest…. but this is one of the fundamentals of this group that gives it it’s uniqueness.
Look forward to your input and encourage you to feel free to ask the team at any time things that you need to query about 5:2. We are still learning and experimenting ourselves! Enjoy AUSSIE DETERMINATION ….because YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!…….GO GAL xxx

Well it would be a funny thing to do and also make you think, Sue Jen!

    My last status update was a picture of snow in Queensland! Today’s status from my body would have been something like;

“She made me do playground duty in wild winds and ridiculous temperatures. Doesn’t she realise how long it takes for me to warm up once I have become so cold? She fed me healthy food today. Boiled egg, black tea, a pear, coffee, a tin of tuna and those endless corn thins that she seems to like so much, pork fillet and salad for dinner. She has caved in for a red wine tonight but that is OK because it was her first day of work in months under horrible conditions, and it is Friday. Thank goodness she has only agreed to work one day a week for 10 weeks, if they are all going to be like today.”

Haha I like it UT good one! Your food sounds pretty darn good too…and a red wine won’t hurt you either, especially not after a day like that. I well remember those days of yard duty, especially when kids are crazy in windy weather.
CG totally understand about you taking a break. You can be a lurker for a while chiming in with the occasional comment. Put yourself numero uno CG and do everything you’re told to the letter and arm yourself with loads of patience. We’ll all be cheering you on and wishing you the best in your recovery. Do hope the pain settles. XX

Off to a 60th birthday party where there will be loads of food (lady used to be a chef) so it will all be delicious and I can’t promise not to have a bit of everything – I’ll try for a little bit of everything! They also have a wonderful Margaret River cellar so won’t mention what else I’m going to have. Then I’ll be good for the rest of the weekend…….promise! suejen XXX

Hi everyone , it’s been a long day. I will read our posts tomorrow. I hope you are all well, CG and GG thinking of you. I had a successful fast on Thursday but my Tuesday weakness meant that today’s weigh in came up at 86.8 grams 🙁 I almost died! That is a whopping 800 grams in a week! I hope it is just water retention instead of dinner retention. Lol 🙂 we’ll catch up tomorrow xx

Hi CG – we will worry much more if we don’t hear from you, I always look forward to reading your posts, while I feel so sad when you are hurting, its been lovely to hear that you are making progress, tiny steps though they are sometimes. That Aussie Determination seems to always shine through. Hugs from me and mine!

Thank you Go Gal and Country Gal. I am looking forward to sharing your healing journeys also. Take care of yourselves, I am sure you are.

Tacofox, from my experience with my obsession with scales 🙂 weight isn’t lost fast, nor is it gained fast. If I see a huge increase like that in one go, it is always water, so hope that is also the case for you.

I will be away from the forum for a couple of days. I will be thinking of you, and I will catch up again when I return.

Hi team. Welcome Serena. It seems as though our fearless leader CG is having a really rough trot. I wish we lived closer to you and I’d come over and help out a bit. Hang in there gal if you feel up to reading the posts today. Ongoing pain is no fun and can be so very debilitating.
I did my weights and measures today and My weight is playing snakes and ladders. Mostly ladders unfortunately. I too am of the opinion that most of us lost more weight during the warmer summer months. This cold weather makes the body to just cry out for comfort food. Although I’m sticking to 500 or slightly over on FDs I know I don’t stick to my TDEE on NFD. I seldom eat junk food but do enjoy my homemade bread with butter plus other no doubt Hong carb foodstuffs. Come on the summer and I’ll find it all a lot easier.
CG enjoy the cricket. Australia is putting on a far better show and in the last test.
    Enjoy the day team.
    XX Dawg

Pops that would be high carb. This auto correct feature gives me the irrits.
