It’s hard to imagine being able to obtain all the nutrition we are suppose to get on our fasting days….the best part is though, vegetables and fruits have lower calories than those nasty carbs…cookies and cakes..
I found a way to help make sure I get all my 8-10 servings of fruits and vegetables and still stay under my 500 calories…it’s something I would like to recommend off line (off forum) but to anyone who would like to email me I will share the info. It’s whole food based. backed by science. firstname.lastname@example.org
btw…my fasting days are going well and the weight is coming off…so exciting!

I am currently doing 19:5 and have a Nutriblast every day consisting of leafy greens, fruits, almonds, walnuts and different seeds, chia linseed etc so I think that helps a lot nutrition wise,at least I hope it does!!!
