  • Day 10 – London / NFD

Made the cloud bread last night! Was lovely, like little light souffles of joy! Loved them! (boyfriend thought them very strange and totally pointless “it’s like eating air” -> then got himself 3 crumpets! – this is a person who at 42 yrs old is the same weight he was at uni, grrrrh!)

My recipe was: 3oz cream cheese, 3 medium eggs – separated, pinch of cream of tartar. It’s so simple, just mix the softened cheese & yolks, then in another bowl, whip the whites with the tartar into a stiff meringue, then carefully combine the two and spoon out 6-8 beautiful fluffy clouds onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 – 30 mins on 160 (I used 150 for my fan oven). I added some fennel seeds to the top of some of them and they came out so fragrant.

Supposedly around 85 calories each… so about the same as a normal slice of bread, but protein rich and (almost) carb free. I think you can sub the cream cheese for quark / cottage cheese which would reduce the calories somewhat and can also make sweet ones by adding stevia, vanilla, cinnamon etc…

@skinnylove – Doughnuts yum! Wow – I do love them but only the filthy cheap jam filled variety – none of those expensive krispy cremes – they look beautiful but to me they always taste stale!

@jojo58 – I would be tempted to bin any leftovers you still have lying around and say you spotted mould! (in my house we hate to chuck food as both of us grew up poor! – but for anything that is nutritionally void, I don’t feel so bad about it… Sometimes I say to the OH – take it in to work with you and share with the office)

OK…enough about food.. good luck to all you pocketeers around the globe and to those on their NFDs. Happy Friday all!

    Day 10 – FIN – NFD

My tooth scare yesterday ended up being a false alarm – turns out I had merely irritated the gum by flossing the night before (a small piece of food had ended up between the tooth and the gum).

In terms of food (which I suppose is meant to be one of the main focuses of this thread), I consumed approximately 505 kcals yesterday: 1 protein bar around lunch (my visit to the dentist kept me from eating breakfast), 1 very ripe banana mid-afternoon and 1 cashew (lol), 1 plum tomato and 1 can of cottage cheese for dinner. With this, I even managed to surpass my minimum daily protein needs (0.8 x your weight in kg = 51 g in my case).

I weighed myself this morning and got surprised since the scale stopped at 62.9 kg, which indicates a 0.8 kg loss from two days ago. Taking into account how my weight has changed over the course of these past few months, I feel like it’s a pretty big change, but I suppose some of it might be only temporary. I’ll probably weigh myself again on Sunday and try to make Sundays a habit.

@at Yes, I tend to strive to drink a lot, and have been doing so especially during my fast days – 2,5 liters (or more) yesterday – but it’s also possible that I forgot to keep an eye on my liquid intake on Wed. Thanks for the lemon water tip! I tried adding citrus (lime) to warm water yesterday and got surprised by how sweet it tasted.

    Day 10 – Switzerland – FD

Great to pick up on your positive vibes @jojo58, sounds like you’ve got a great day planned.

Still haven’t quite got up the momentum to stretch FDs into the next day to make a 16:8 NFD. I just wake up so hungry after I’ve fasted for 36hrs. I’ve been trying to identify what makes me fail in my aim to regulate my eating, and feeling sorry for myself/deprived seems to be a strong trigger, so I’m treading carefully. But at the same time, I understand the benefits of stretching the fast to 41/42hrs – and ultimately, 16:8 will make my NFDs a lot easier to navigate. So watch this space!

@skinnylove totally with you on the B&Js. I can’t keep it in the house at the moment. My taste buds and eating habits are really changing though, so I’m hoping that I will develop more self-control along the way as well.

    @missymay – good on you!

    Day 10 Oman NFD

    Day 10 – Perth, W.Aust – FD
    Day 9 – NFD

Oops, looks like I forgot to post yesterday, was a busy one organising hubby. However, a great start to today, had breakfast with a friend at Health Freaks cafe, they are an awesome franchise here in Perth and offer the most amazing foods from vegan, gluten and sugar free, and more. Had myself some Green matcha tea protein pancakes topped with organic homemade Nutella sauce, blueberries, raw chocolate crumble and Cocowhip ice-cream all for an amazing 265cal. It was so filling and rich, I even left some pancakes on the plate and the bonus – it’s kept me going all day and not feeling a tiny bit hungry and the cocowhip ice cream is to die for, yummo.

Be strong, be kind, be fabulous.

    Day 10…… Florida…… FD

What a wonderful day off for me but today I’m back to work and a FD to top it all off. I’m just hoping Mrs. grumbly gut is in a much better mood then last FD. Thank you to everyone who sent there love and support for my mom. It really helps me to wrap my head around the whole situation and what steps and plans we need to make.

Janey….. I know those bloody scales can be down right mean when they want to be, however, with experience I’ve gained this little tidbit of information that might help. After a day of hard exercise, along with careful diet plans our bodies will not show a loss and even could possibly show a gain. Why you ask? Well, during our workouts, we use muscles and those muscles get tiny tears in them. I can’t remember what the heck the technical terms is but it’s part of the process, so no worries no damage done.
After we exercise our bodies go into repair mode. In repair mode, or building muscle mode, our bodies divert all the extra in our body to that needed repair. So, in repair mode, everything including weight loss slows way down. But and thats a big one, it doesn’t stay that way for long. once the muscle is repaired, our bodies return to its regular scheduled program. So, thus this means in the next day or two, you will see in on the scales.
Be kind to yourself, you did a fantastic job yesterday and your reward is forth coming!

Well, I must be off. I’ve got to spend an extra few minutes in the closet deciding on what goes best with my new boots!

    Peace be with you!

    Day 10 – Queensland, Australia – NFD.

    Starting weight: 51.5 kg
    Goal weight: 50 kg

    Weight today: 50.4 kg.

I am assuming some of that is fluid loss, but I’ll take it and see if it sticks.

Another good day, coming in under TDEE. The weekend is here, so no fasting until Monday.

    Have a good weekend, all!

@at – amazing effort with the spreadsheet; thanks for your time and effort in compiling all that information; and thanks for your thoughtful responses.

Day 10 Surrey UK NFD. Checking in.

    Day 10 – FIN – NFD

(Apologies if this pops up many times in this post (mods are free to delete the duplicates) – my original post disappeared when I tried to edit it, and I still can’t see any version of it here even after trying to resubmit it once.)

My tooth scare yesterday ended up being a false alarm – turns out I had merely irritated the gum by flossing the night before (a small piece of food had ended up between the tooth and the gum).

Day 10 Friday — Colorado USA– NFD

Looks like I’ve got some long, sweaty sessions with the treadmill coming up this weekend. I’m 10 pages behind in these posts! So on Saturday & Sunday, I’ll just crank up a nice steep incline & hike while catching up with you all.

For today, it’s a work day, but afterwards I’m going out to lunch with some work buddies. Planning on a salad with grilled shrimp. But of course, some chips with fresh salsa & guacamole too!

    Have a terrific day!

    Sheffield, Uk

    Day 9 FD
    Day 10 FD

Wow, down 1.6kg in the past week. Nearly didn’t weigh myself, but managed to pluck up the courage.

My 5 midweek fasts have been hard this week. Well the 4 before today have 🙂

But 6kg loss in 5 weeks is better than I expected. And I’m beginning to feel healthy & more in tune with my body.

And, I wouldn’t share this with anyone else, but it’s dawned on me that I started to put on weight when I was bullied at school age 11. I was happy age 10. Had some of it knocked out of me when I was at secondary school and used wit/humour to build some resilience in life ever since. It’s not a big deal, but it’s taken me the effort to lose weight to finally lance a festering boil ! Just realising that the old you (age 10) is still underneath all that is highly motivating. That’s all either profound and moving, or a load of old twaddle that makes no sense.

Anyhoooo…. moving on. Onwards and downwards actually.

Take care out their fasters, it’s a sugary world!

    Day 10 – Canada – FD

Day 10 USA (IL) – NFD

Excellent FD yesterday, right at 500 calories, and the scale was kind this morning. Still maintaining 160. But I know this day-after-FD is always rough. Will have a very low carb egg breakfast, but I’m going out to lunch with a friend on our way to an out of town visitation this afternoon. Need to make that very controlled.

♫♪♫♪ Happy birthday, dear @pamie, happy birthday to YOU! ♫♪♫♪ (sings the SongBird)

@missymay – I have been recording all my eating on MFP for several months and find it such a valuable tool. As much as I hate counting calories especially!

I have a confession to make: I use Equal (aspartame) and have for decades. I know people sometimes have side effects from it, but I never have. I put a packet in my ACV drink as well, although at times I use honey if I can add those calories. It is routine in my morning coffee and even other items. There was an interesting SouthBeach Diet recipe for a “dessert” that used ricotta cheese flavored with various things and sweetened with Equal. It makes a good low carb equivalent to ice cream.

Have a terrific day, Pocketeers, enjoy the weight loss and challenge!

    Onward and downward.

    Day 10 — FD — Virginia USA.

    Day 10 – Italy-FD
Skipped a few days AT, I apologise. I’m finding it hard to follow all the posts there are so many of us!
Good luck to everyone else fasting today

@at, @onehealthyhigh and @sarah57 – thank u for your support. You are very kind. It has been a really tough 16 months and just when we seemed to be coming out the other side it looks as if we will lose our biggest client. To try and keep supporting family members who are in trouble, to have to fight the government and then to have to keep everyone feeling positive at work – all while trying to lose weight when I am such a terrible comfort eater and drinker – is too much. However I had a bit of a meltdown on Wednesday and my family realise I need a bit of help too so am feeling a lot better already. Wishing everyone a great weekends! 🙂

Day 10 UK NFD finding it hard at the mo, did well fasting earlier in week but getting a bit bogged down and just eating too much, going to try and chill a bit at the weekend and get back in the right frame of mind for fasting Monday and hopefully have a controlled weekend

    Day 10, Cumbria uk, nfd
A successful fast yesterday thank goodness.
Today’s weight- 150.0lbs so that’s another little drop. 7lbs off in total now which I’m so so happy with.
    good luck everyone xx

    Day 10 – Durham UK – NFD

No weight loss this week, despite 2 full fast days and 1 CD. 😡 i know it is at least partly hormonal, but that doesn’t help – because I’m hormonal!! 😳 So then I had McDonald’s for lunch. Great plan… ah well, there’s always next week.

@okeydokey, @at – konjac rice (and noodles) are made from an Asian plant called konjac. It’s a root made alsmot entirely of water soluble fibre that is shredded or powdered and then reformed into rice and noodle shapes. There are different brands around the world, but if you google konjac rice or noodles and your country you’ll find something. I’ve lived in Aus, UK and Canada, and in all 3 it is available at supermarket. Usually health food aisle. The rice/ noodles themselves don’t taste like much, so you need some sauce – I usually use soy – but they don’t actually need to be cooked, so you can heat in micro for about 2 min or you can fry in non-stick pan without oil. Because they are only fibre, there is only 10 calories in about 2 cups (1 packet), so all the calories are coming from the veggies and sauce.
Some people use as a general substitute for rice and pasta, but I think best in Asian food as they are really more like a glass noodle than a wheat based pasta or grains of rice. they smell a bit funny when you open the packet, but I just tip them into a sieve and run under tap for a minute so. You could also add them to any Asian style soup or strongly flavoured/ saucy dish to just give yourself a bit of extra bulk to your meal without really adding any calories.
I actually really like both the rice and the noodles – the texture is interesting to me.

Anyway, let me know what you think if you try them… all the best everyone, and stay strong for the weekend! xx

Day 10 Chicago, IL USA – FD

    Day 3 FD, WA
Fast day for me. My nonfast day went well yesterday. My energy is good. It helps to reads others posts and also the book and YouTube videos related to 5:2. A daily dose of inspiration!

    Day 10|Toronto|CD-NFD
Less than spectacular FD yesterday as I gave into stress and social nibbling. Not looking for excuses but cold weather returned with a vengeance after a few days of spring like weather; the reversal is very demoralizing when combined with person issues of frustration. Oh well…my current average plateau is still .6 k less than prior.
Best weekend wishes to all, everywhere!

    Second post

I do like to see what everyone else is up to when I am on a FD!

I sometimes eat Konjac/Zero Noodles when desperate on a FD! I rinse them about ten times to get rid of the funny smell and then warm them up, then add soy sauce.

So far today I have made it to 14:15 without being too worried about hunger. Funny how some days are easy and some are hard.

Yesterday (a NFD) I made some cocoa brownies with Lakanto ‘sugar’ and rice flour. They were brilliant actually. The only difference I noticed is that they tasted ‘cold’ – (I know that is a weird thing to say!)

I would really recommend Lakanto sugar in every way except for the price! Lakanto is one of these sugar replacements which is NOT carcinogenic and also claims to be anti-inflammatory etc.

If someone could invent some zero calorie wine then I would be very happy, haha!

    Next week’s plan

    Mon 13th – FD
    Tues 14th – NFD
    Wed 15th – FD

    Thurs 16th – Sun 26th: HOLIDAY! (NFDs) -@AT, sorry I won’t be checking in!

    Mon 27th – NFD
    Tues 28th – FD
    Fri – 31st – FD

Day 10, USA, Missouri Ozarks, NFD

    Today’s weight 141.6, below Goal Weight 145.

Planning a day of yardwork and housework after a day of running around with friends yesterday. Had a great time, ate chili and Frostee at Wendy’s then ate homemade vegetable soup and salad for dinner (probably a total of about a dozen different vegetables.) Also had a smoothie late afternoon to try out one of my birthday gifts – a personal smoothie maker. Bought a lot of yummy stuff yesterday – nonfat plain Greek yogurt, almond milk (vanilla), strawberries, bananas, blueberries, oranges and Halos, made a strawberry/banana/yogurt/almond milk/crushed ice smoothie and it was great. Very filling – took me quite a while to finish it but that was fine as it had its own go-cup with resealable lid. It will be great to take with me to work this summer, healthy breakfast on the go. I do know, however, that one has to be very careful with “healthy” smoothies as some can have hundreds of calories and lots of unwanted sugar – depending on the choices of ingredients.

Wishing all a wonderful day, plan to go back and catch up on posts now.

@saffy420 I get cold when I fast. warm tea and or coffee helps. Some people have chicken stock or soup without the noodle (to keep the calories down) I hope that helps.

Together we are strong! Let’s Go Pocketeers!

Day 10 NFD Country West Australia
Have been without a computer for the past week and all over the countryside so have not posted since day 4.
    Day 5 NFD
    Day 6 NFD
    Day 7 NFD
    Day 8 NFD
Day 9 FD at last !!!
Must admit that another reason I have not posted the past week is that I simply couldn’t be bothered with 5 : 2 any more.
Having been very diligent for 4 months I was disheartened at the lack of progress in the past 6 weeks.
Yes I do like the other benefits healthwise of 5:2 BUT since I am trying to lose weight, to remain static for so long now has meant a serious loss of motivation. I simply couldn’t be bothered.
I have eaten less then TDEE, to TDEE, over TDEE on NFDs.
I have eaten very little, about 250 calories, to 500 calories on FDs.
I have eaten protein, good fats, carbs/ no carbs/ few carbs and every combination in between, all to no avail. The 400 gm bounce continues daily – up 400, down 400, up 400 down 400 without any apparent rhyme or reason.
So I thought, having to make a whole lot of food from recipes for Filipino food last week for the World day of Prayer – very yummy food, I thought I would just not worry about food, fasting, counting calories etc. I simply want food to nourish me for what I need to do each day and not be so consumed ( pun intended) by food all the time.
The scales show no difference – I am down 400 gms today.
Finally decided to ‘Kon Mari’ my lingerie drawer today as I thought that I would get rid of all my old knickers and bras and keep my Big Girl’s Undies ’cause they weren’t going to go anywhere. I was going to consign my thin girl’s undies to the bin.
( My idea of Kon Mari is really just to tidy things up and fold them differently so they take up less space, without actually having to get rid of anything!!)
Well, glory be!! What a revelation. I found 15 pairs of bras I had forgotten about – who knew ?? !! I have just been buying larger sizes without getting rid of ones I had outgrown.
Similarly with knickers. I found some absolutely gorgeous sets I didn’t even realise I had. Some I’m not quite sure what I was thinking when I purchased them !!??
Anyhow, it did the trick. My mojo is BACK with a vengeance. I WILL get into some of that nice lingerie before end of June – EOFY in Australia, as good a date as any to aim for! If I can’t lose weight more quickly so be it but I damn well WILL wear nice knickers on June 30th 2017 !!!!!
Apologies for such a long post but it is SO good to be back with the support offered here. I really missed it – even though I did eat fairly mindfully without fasting. I haven’t kept up with posts – currently at page 14 but plan to read the rest tomorrow. I’ve already been over an hour catching up thus far.
Looks like I will be back using MFP for a while. And as I try to keep the hula hoop up for more than 2 revolutions, I will be thinking of my lingerie drawer!

    Day 10 – USA – NFD
@HannaWatto and @bert1082, you are in my thoughts…
I am trying to figure out whether the latest all-over fatigue and achiness has to do with my low fitness level or my age (62)? I grudgingly took the dog for a walk, but felt very heavy. Then it was a draw between doing the pre-scheduled regular exercise (hula hoop, free weights and recumbent bike) or spending time in the yard picking up tree branches…I chose the latter and got so dizzy I felt like passing out. Had to lay down in the middle of the day, which is unusual for me. This was after a FD, but I ate a good breakfast: almond flour pancakes w/sugar free maple syrup. Then took my b/p and it was very low for me, so I wondered if the changes I am making in diet, exercise are affecting my b/p in a good way, and perhaps the medication I’m taking is too strong? Anyone else have that issue? I will certainly continue taking it, but I will also see the dr. soon and discuss it.

Day 10, USA Pennsylvania – FD

OK that’s weird, my post went missing. Maybe it will come back.😅

    Day 10 – USA Pennsylvania – FD

@notmyrealname Thank-you for the information about the Konjac rice. I will look into ordering it online or in a local store. ✨😊✨ I’ll let you know after I give it a try. Sounds like a wonderful way to help stay fit and healthy. ✨Thanks

    ✨We are stronger together ✨

    Day 10 – USA, Pennsylvania – FD

Today it is helping to read posts and reply. I had made 1 large post but it didn’t post ( got lost somehow ) So I’m posting my replies individually… I hope it’s not to annoying for anybody ✨😊

@metatauta. After fasting for a bit it is definitely worth checking with your doctor about changes to your blood pressure. My blood pressure has gone down and do has my husbands since fasting. It really is a good thing. Your Doctor will be able to adjust your medication if necessary!

    ✨✨Together We are Stronger ✨✨

    Day 10 Portugal FD

So far so good. Began the day with a 35min workout (fitness blender is great). Only had water and a few berries. Looking forward to dinner – one pan Mexican quinoa. Tomorrow I ought to weigh in…I feel like I have not lost anything but I WILL weigh in. Fellow fasters, let’s keep going!

    Day 11 NFD Aus

Sending out positive vibes and virtual hugs to all who’re struggling or disappointed their efforts aren’t rewarded on the scales. Know we share your ups and downs even if we don’t respond directly. There are so many posts, this is a very fast moving thread and we’re often time poor.

One of the common themes I’ve noticed is frustration with this ‘diet’ not working as you’d hoped. Success for many of us who have reached maintainance and are maintaining our goal weight is not treating this as another diet but focussing on the health benefits and changing destructive behaviours.

I’ve been guilty of evangelising this way of eating only too willing to share my pathway to success – 2 FDs per week and eating anything I like on NFDs, not counting calories but being aware of portion control. 42lbs lost overall and under goal for nearly 2 years.

BUT and it is a big, but! My eating anything I like on NFDs should come with the following. There are many things I don’t eat because they are not a natural part of our families diet. We don’t eat:
    – fast food
    – deep fried food
    – processed foods
    – cakes or biscuits
    – ice cream
    – desserts
    – chocolate
    – refined carbohydrates
    – sugar
My idea of eating anything I like on a NFD is to enjoy a perfectly ripened avocado, a bowl of heirloom tomatoes with a sprinkling of feta and a glug of virgin olive oil, or a luscious pear with gorgonzola and a glass of wine. So my eating anything I like on NFDs may be very different to yours. I’ve found a pattern of eating I can sustain, a way to improve my overall health and most importantly a life style I can maintain without obsessing over calories. Weight loss has been a bonus not the end game.

If I’ve mislead you to think anything goes on a NFD I apologise.

    @okeydokey Not feeling self righteous

Day 10: Gloucestershire, UK: FD turned into a NFD….sorry team. I just can’t do it today.
Came home from work just TOOooo hungry and unmotivated. Busy kicking myself as it’s now my long weekend with no work ’til Tuesday. Fasting is “easier” at work delivering the mail.

@lilymartin you made me smile. Love your new mantra, think of your lingerie and march forward!

Day 10 – SW WA USA – NFD

SongBirdMe – TY for the reminder of south Beach Diet’s ricotta recipes. They are yummy & satisfy the sweet tooth. Putting ricotta on the grocery list.

Okey-dokey – I googled konjac rice, and I believe Walmart has some noodles at least that I thought I’d check out.

How I feel – tired but encouraged

Sirisan St Louis USA NFD Day 10
Weighed myself this morning and maintaining at 145. So I’m down and maintaining by 3 lbs. 6 oz. since I started. Even though I went out for dinner last night iI was over my 500 cal about 130. I have seen the konjac noodles at Dierberghs for those in the US who have that store. I think I tried them once but can’t remember too much about it. Will try again as they are mentioned a lot here.

Best of luck to all that fasters today. I’ll be joining you on Monday for my next fast day.

    Day 10, Canada, CD

2nd post its ok I am back from the future – day 20 looks fun btw but back now in day 10 and so far so good. 2 cups of coffee with a little milk and 1 cup of bone broth.

    Day 10 MA, USA NFD

Second post here. I wanted to add a tip, although since I’m new here, this has probably been posted before, I found it very helpful to go to the website of the restaurant where we were going for dinner the day before. I printed out the menu that showed the calories. So I could make my choices ahead of time. It made it a lot easier and I was shocked to see how many calories were in some of the regular dishes I frequently eat when I go to dinner.

    2nd post Day 10

Just dodged a bullet!!!! My tummy rumbles would not be silenced with water and I forgot to take a portion of bone broth out of the freezer in time……..so the cheese & onion crisps I’ve promised myself I can have tomorrow, started calling my name. I managed not to cave once I remembered the miso paste sachet!!!! I’ve devoured that and sanity has been restored!!!

Onward I go, only 6hrs left of this FD, then I’m off to bed. Keep strong fellow pocketeers, we’ve GOT this!!!!!

    Day 10 / Sweden / NFD

Big cheer for @flourbaby for your fortitude….keep going!

    Day 10 Surrey UK NFD

Skipped breakfast today and had a light lunch in prep for a take away tonight! Weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning.

Day 10, Rocky Mountains, US, NFD

Thanks @okeydokey for your kind words. The poor cat has died. Over 5000 $ reward for info. We must find these bastards.

    Have a good weekend!!!

metalauta, I agree with the others. Your doctor might need to counsel you regarding your medication if your numbers have improved. My husband’s prescription for blood pressure says twice daily but he often doesn’t have to take a single pill for a month at a time based on his readings (taken morning and night at home) – the doctor gave him the guidelines to follow regarding when to take a pill. Usually not if the numbers are under 140/90. Often his numbers are closer to 100/65 – should he just blindly take a pill (or not know his reading, even worse) he would be in bad shape. We actually had a dear friend who died (in a hospital setting) because her blood pressure had fallen too low and could not be regulated again. She was taken medication to lower her blood pressure twice a day without having the machine at home to test her readings.

CONGRATS to you on improving your health !

Day 10–Mass–USA–NFD. Not doing so well today. Started the day off with a egg and cheese sandwich from Starbucks which was fine, but completely unsatisfying. I still felt hungry on my way off to work this a.m. And on this snowy Friday it seems like everywhere I turn there are sweets. Cookies and brownies in the staff room, cupcakes in the front office, chocolate in my mini fridge. I’ve been nibbling on sweets all day (basically making my lunch of baked goods). Feeling guilty about it, but I guess the way to handle it is to just reign it in now. It’s 1:10 p.m. here, and I can eat healthfully for the rest of the day, as long as I hold myself to it, and remember how let down I’ll feel if I just throw in the towel. It feels hard today!

    2nd post.

Doing okay so far, had a late breakfast (5 carrs biscuits and a short white americano), WW soup and 2 plums for lunch, plus 1 highlight cadbury drink). The 150 cals left over will go at dinner time – boiled egg with steamed mixed vegs.

Planning a hot and bubbly long bath and catching up on my favourite series to avoid food. Going to bed early but i dont mind as i am knackered after this week. Crazy customers are so draining!

Looking forward to a hearty breakfast in the morning before my gym session.

We can do this 5:2ers! Dont give up! 🙂

Day 10, not sure if it’s a FD or NFD, US

Having a rough week of it. Trying to be careful, but PMS is getting the better of me. I get SO HUNGRY!
