  • Love your post Happy Margo. Way to go. 4 of you posted whilst I was composing my post.

    Day 12 ireland FD
    Second post
Feeling proud… made it through the day with a small glass of milk at 2.30pm and then loads of veggies and some pork casserole for dinner with family. Should be under 500, feeling a bit peckish now though :/ so am off to bed.

    Waikato, NZ Day 13
I’m not sure whether its a FD or a NFD! I fasted on Wed and was great then NFD yesterday but I haven’t been hungry so far today and its almost lunchtime. I’ve had 3 coffees and now figure I may see if I can last the distance until dinnertime. I guess I may as well make it a FD while I feel so good. However I have just made a loaf of bread and got it out of the oven, so if I can resist the temptation to eat the crust with yummmy butter I’ll be chuffed. @HappyMango I totally agree with you. I don’t usually made new year resolutions but this year I have made one. To be kind and more patient with people. I tell you it can be a challenge when you work with all women some of them can be amazingly bitchy! I also agree that it is good to be gratelful a great mantra to live by. Happy day folks.

    Day 12 NFD Surrey, UK

    Day 12. Sussex, U.K.
    NFD.
Pride going before a fall for me today. Having had a great mon, Tuesday and weds, I thought, ‘yes I can do this, I’ve got it all figured out’. However, today porridge and blueberries for breakfast, out to a pub with friends and I was a star. Only drank water and had chickpea veggie burger with salad, no bun or fries. No dessert. Made supper of roast duck leg with lentils plus cauliflower mashed with Parmesan.
Then after an hour the hunger troll emerged and I am well over my tdee eating dates and dried apricots.
Start again tomorrow but away for weekend so really looking forward to my next fast on Monday and I NEVER thought I would ever say those words, not in a million years.
    Onwards and downwards everybody.

London | Day 12 | NFD (yet again!)

    Jan12: Snowy Surrey: NFD

Was supposed to be on a FD and did fast till dinner but then got home after cold snowy wet and windy hard day at work and hubby had cooked the food and i just couldn’t say no! Ended up having 760 cal. Will try to do it tomorrow but it’s a Friday and I doubt it will happen. Also second weekend test of willpower on dry Jan for me. Still not had a drop for 12 days which is good in itself! πŸ™‚

    Good night all x

Day 13 Sunny country West Australia NFD
FD yesterday went well as too busy working to stop. Plate of veggies and small bite of meat = just under 500 calories.
Jumped on the scales this morning and … Ta Da!! a 500 gm increase.
Still can’t work out the vagaries of up and down scale movement after FDs – up – or ‘unwise’ NFDs – DOWN !?.
However I am still a lot less than 12 months ago so it reminds me to be very mindful today and crunch the numbers – tedious but necessary for me for a little while still!πŸ˜„

Hi Walden410. In an ideal world we would loose x amount of lbs each week but this is an average figure. Some are lucky and they loose an amount each week. Me, I found I would have no change for a couple of weeks then a whoosh (did you read the link about this)? It is hard to keep the faith when this happens but I keep asking myself what is the alternative?

    Day 12…. Florida….. NFD

Just have a minute but wanted to let you all know about my day…. Have no clue as to my calories a typical NFD.
As you all may know, at work, we are down a girl, so I’ve been killing myself to pick up the slack. Most days are crazy, I can live with that. They did hire a new girl, she starts Monday, Thank goodness!
But mid day, One of my bosses comes in and says, Michelle, we’d like to see you in our office, meaning both bosses….. I thought in my head…. Holy shit, what the hell have I done as I smile and say sure. Please shut the door and have seat. now my head is spinning, what did I do? Was I rude to a customer? Nasty to my co workers? Did I this or that?
We wanted you to know that we have noticed as well as our contractors have noticed a difference in you since Laura (my co worker who quit) left us. Your behavior, mood and happiness have taken us all by storm, you have handle the over load of customer and contractor with style and grace. And we appreciate all you do and continue to do. You have step up to the plate, took on many responsibilities above and beyond what was expected of you. We want you to know that it hasn’t gone unnoticed, so we are giving you a raise!
    What!?! I’m sorry, come again?
Oh my goodness, I can’t tell you how unbelievably good it feels knowing that you are appreciated!
    Wow! I’m still in awe!
This is where I lost count of my calories!
    Okay…. good day over all!

    Cheers!

    Day 12 | NFD | Bucks UK

Hi Bert Fantastic! Wow how chuffed you must be. How nice of your bosses to reward your good work. I remember reading when bosses were asked what they thought would be the priority reward staff wanted. They put pay raise first and appreciation last. Staff were asked the same question – they put appreciation first and pay raise last. Looks like you have two very good bosses who not only thanked you for a job well done but gave you a raise as well! Worth splurging a few calories on.

@Waldon here is the link re whoosh in case you missed it

    http://100down.org/the-whoosh-effect/

Wow Bert, great news. Well done.

    second post Day 13.
Have just spent an hour catching up on posts – whew!!
Something I find a bit concerning is that people are reporting ‘ shame’ or ‘bad’ and other quite negative comments about themselves.

    Food is food is food.
Sometimes we eat well and mindfully and make better choices.
Sometimes we eat less healthily and make poorer choices and overeat. Life happens one day/ one meal at a time.
Since starting this 5:2 WOL in November 2016 I am really grateful that it has been instrumental in my losing weight and being healthier but more importantly in being REALLY aware of what i.e. how much, I am eating.
I have often said on this forum before, that until I started on this thread and committing to this WOL I actually had no idea how out of whack my portion sizes were. I wasn’t even really aware of what my TDEE should be!

Since this is a way of life it really means that this is something we commit to for every day we are
‘ above ground’ ( as one of my 90+ year old clients used to say!) So day at a time we get closer to our goals – whatever they might be.
That said, for me I find that I have to be VERY careful on the NFDs.
FDs more or less take care of themselves. 500 calories is actually not a lot – a few hot drinks with milk, some fluids, a bit of protein and you’re there. ( I use MFP to calculate and trust me, 500 calories is a LOT less than you might imagine!! or was in my case)

If you let yourself run riot on NFDs or are not mindful of keeping close to your TDEE then you might be self-sabotaging your FD efforts without realising it.
This WOL then becomes a weight off/ weight on yoyo if you weigh often.
Scales are only one indication of weight loss ( if that’s why you are doing 5:2)
A better indicator might be measuring your waist circumference, ideally 100 cms for men and 80 cms for women. These are actually very small measurements I know and I am nowhere near 80 cms but trying to get there with 5:2 for health benefits.
HappyMargo posted a great list of the health benefits of 5:2 on page 21 and I refer to them often.
Remember this group is here to help celebrate your positive efforts and to hold your hand through the rough times.
Many many thanks to Fuvvie for looking after us all – it must be a bit like herding cats!!
Have a mindful day – whatever that might look like.πŸ€—

Lilymartin…….. like herding cats….. I love it! A totally laugh out loud moment for me!
Great post by the way…. very true of the 5:2 WOL!

Bert — WOW! What terrific accolades and praise! That must feel absolutely fantastic indeed! Thanks for your witty writing to keep us all in suspense as the story unfolded. πŸ™‚

Lilymartin — it seems to me my daily weight fluctuations go with water retention and how packed my intestinal tract might be. Does that make sense to you? Yes, you would think the day after a FD we would be down 2-3 pounds. Doesn’t happen that way for me, or at least it hasn’t through my times of weight loss. Maintenance now, but I still notice up and down + or – 2 or 3 pounds.

    Day 12, canada FD
Happy Margo love your sentiments, will adopt them as my own too. Well done Bert, congratulations!

@fuvvie- this is day 9 for me. Started on Jan 3 as my first FD. Today was tough but ended day on a high.

Day 13 FD – Melbourne Aus
    Hi all
So many posts to read it’s great to see how everyone is doing. Yesterday was a NFD for me and I was basically ok but I did eat both a medium choc bar and a magnum icecream. I wasn’t even hungry. Chocolate is my Achilles heel so I’m trying to retrain myself and this was a medium success as they were the only treats through the day and believe me I have been a lot worse. My estimate was 2100 cals for the day. I’ve been keeping a rough tally of my calorie intake since I started and by my calculation my average intake per day so far 2 weeks in is about 1400 cals. That should be enough for me to lose weight I hope!
My FD is going well today but I note that some people feel more able to exercise on a FD but for me it is a big definate NO. Even today where I am not feeling majorly hungry I still feel weak and shaky and any exercise at all just wipes me out. I do know that if I were to fast for a week ie. A Very Low Calorie Diet I will eventually feel more energetic as my body adjusts but it is not happening on these one off days for me. I think my body takes longer to adjust.

DAy 13 third post for the day!!!
Definitely turned into a FD. Started off not sure and its been a breeze. Wish they were all this easy.

    Day 12 – Perth, W.Aust – NFD

Got through my FD yesterday, ended up with just eating lunch and dinner, didn’t intentionally miss breakfast, I was just out walking the dog and enjoying the cooler weather and we just kept going. By the time I got home I thought, may as well just have a cup of tea and wait till lunchtime and then I can have a slightly bigger lunch. After finishing up weighing and calculating the calories my son said are you sure you’re going to eat all of that? The bowl was rather full. I also had a go at my first cauliflower fried rice (minus oil and egg) for dinner and again couldn’t believe how much food there was, was well and truly stuffed at the end of it and all up I did about 520cal for the day.

Have a great day everyone and be kind to yourself.

    Day 12. Quebec. NFD

Today was ment to be a FD but I went out with a friend and ate a muffin ( witch was the best choice on the menu). While adding today’s calories I find in the list that this ONE muffin was 360 calories ! Gosh, if it wasn’t for that I was just on the 500 calories goal.

Proud to see that all the rest of the day was made of conscious choices. Bravo !

    Day 13 – Ireland – NFD
Ahhhhhh Friday the 13th πŸ™‚ hope all of you lovely people are doing well today. Another hectic workday for me today and the roads here are deadly due to low temperatures. I’m sure my Irish friends on this would agree, Ireland cannot cope with ice or snow!! So yesterdays fast day did not go well. But I’m not going to beat myself up all in all ended up having about 1000kcals. My colleague was given her notuce and she asked me to go for lunch to talk about options. I just went with it but had soup which I am guesstimating was probably 600kcals. Then had tuna salad with no mayo yesterday evening, that came in at 320 kcals. Anyway will catch up on posts later. Have a super day!!!! 😁

    Day 13 – Brisbane, Aus – NFD

Food wise… day was going awesome until wine and bikkies this afternoon… oh, no, wait… I mean day IS going awesome because of wine and bikkies this afternoon πŸ˜‰

Hope everyone is having a great day.

    Day 13 NZ FD
So Fuvvie if you wouldn’t mind I need a correction in the spreadsheet to say Day 11 & 13 FD all others this week are NFD.
I opted out of the planned btb fast yesterday at 3.30pm which made day 11’s fast 42.5hours, so even though I didn’t go all the way through a btb it wasn’t too bad and I know I have successfully completed another 36hours today.
Despite the fact that today’s 36hours don’t finish until tomorrow morning I can guarantee it is complete. Once I get through the late afternoon munchies and eat my evening ‘meal’ on a FD I have total success, the only wobbles I have ever had (other than my thighs) have been in the afternoon while I’ve been holidaying with the kids and they suggest a coffee out somewhere…(I’m the only coffee drinker, purely caffeine free kids!)
I’m so pleased not to have let myself down this week, I had serious doubts about sticking with this wol and as I mentioned earlier I considered giving myself a break and doing 16:8 instead.
So many lovely people here supported me with ideas and I felt so secure with the figurative hand holding I can’t say thank you enough😊
Ultimately I have always been accountable to myself and I just know I would have felt so disappointed in my lack of commitment if I hadn’t completed two full fast days.
After all is said and done it seems to me we are all committed to this wol in part for the flexibility it allows us and if I can’t make that fit into my holiday I’m only shortchanging get myself….so I’m taking a little pat on my own back for maintaining my commitment.
I strongly suspect I’ve gone over TDEE on some NFDs this week so if maintaining this wol just leads to maintaining my weight and measures this next wee while I’m choosing to see that as a success.

    second post,

Lilymartin and Vaderz, you both made me laugh out loud.

Bert, I am so proud of you. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing such a feel good story with us. And you know how to spin a yarn which is an added joy. Has it got anything to do with the 28th March? No, as I can’t tell a story like you can.

We are such a mixed bunch, with FDs morphing into NFDs and NFDs morphing into FDs. It is wonderful that this WOL allows so much flexibility.

    Day 13. Sussex, U.K.
    NFD.
Bert- many congratulations. Love your posts.

Sorry Lany36.Thanks for updating me. I had you down as FD Day 10 from that day’s entry. I think I have got it all right now. The thigh wobble gave me a laugh. I’ve been in the water the last couple of days and jumping up and down in the water really gets a wobble up, not only in the thighs. While I was mowing the other day, the ground was rather rough and I found I was nearly shaking my breasts off my chest. Could have ended up with an eye injury! Need a sports bra for mowing on the ride-on.

DY 13 a slightly snowy Belfast NFD
Not a good fast day but still managed a 16:8. I went well off the rails but the scales have gone down a little today and I shan’t beat myself up. Tomorrow is weigh in day so watch this space…..
UpTipp I totally agree. One skiff of snow and the world grinds to a halt here, although the garden looks nice.
LilyMartin I totally agree with your indicators – one of my key goals is to reduce my waist size to 30 inches. I am one of those people who carry their weight around their middle. The worst kind! The rest of me is fine – I’ve skinny legs and my arms are quite well toned from all the swimming I do. A pity about the bit in between!
Many congratulations Bert, you must be delighted! Your story telling was great too.
HappyMargo I love your mndset. I am a ‘cup half full’ gal too and have been reading a bit about mindfulness. I think I will finish with a positive comment.

I am grateful for all the support of my world wide family and their wonderful camaraderie.

    DAY 13 – Bucks UK – NFD

Yesterday went well and treated myself to a steak for supper – heaven!
No running to-day as snowy and slippery outside. Out for coffee (if I can get there safely) with girlfriends who meet locally every 4 months or so, mustn’t be tempted by the cakes! We have are going to a party tomorrow night, I can just about squeeze into my dress, so will keep that in my mind.

Bert1802 – what a lovely story – well done to you – nice to hear of people being appreciated.

Good luck and happy fasting xx

    Day 13, NFD, New Zealand.

    Day 13 Portugal FD
    64.9kg
Just finished a fitness blender 30 min cardio. Feels good getting back into the exercise. Yesterday’s calories came in below the tdee, so I’m pleased with that. I am hoping to get through today until dinner time with just liquids. Black bean burgers planned for dinner so should be able to stay within the 500cal count. I would love to see a drop on the scales tomorrow.
@bert so lovely to read your news. Congrats.
    Have a good day everyone.

    day 13 SW England NFD

morning all. lots of posts to catch up on. bacon roll for breakfast today, Friday treat, but did not have the pain au chocolate as well (which I would have done once!)

cinema tonight & meal after so will be having a very light lunch but I am running 5 miles at lunch. gulp.

will catch up on all the posts!

    Day 13 Melbourne NFD
@bert1802 Big Congratulations!! What a lovely piece of news – Sounds like it was well earned, and thanks for sharing it with us to raise our spirits – love a good news story πŸ‘

    Happy Weekend All

    Day 13 / NFD / Oman
Doing 16:8 today. I’m trying to do this 2 days a week at least….as well as doing 5:2. I’m back exercising at the gym and cutting down rather than cutting out carbs.

Hope everyone is doing well today. Stay positive!!

    Day 12 – Cumbria UK – 16:8 Day
    Day 13 – Cumbria UK – FD/NFD???

Sorry @fuvvie – did not post yesterday as had a bit of a relapse and was feeling really rubbish, ending up spending most of the day in bed – did not eat anything until after 5pm yesterday but then was on a bit of a never ending grazing session………
Still not feeling too bright this morning was thinking of doing a FD but not sure if I’m up for it – weigh day is tomorrow so will see how today goes and report later

@bert – how wonderful was that – so nice to be appreciated and for your hard work and commitment to be noticed and rewarded

@lilymartin – loved your post and agree so much with you – it is amazing how so unaware we all were about what is an acceptable portion size and how easy it was to underestimated calorie count in what we ate/drank when we decided to start this WOL!!!!
Personally I also became horrified about how much sugar is added to processed food – once you start reading the fine print it is horrifying how sugar is added to all sorts of foodstuff – I had previously tried unsuccessfully to stop adding sugar/sugar substitute to my tea/coffee – 3 months into this WOL I decided to bite the bullet and just stop adding anything to my tea/coffee – missed it dreadfully especially in tea for some reason but persevered and have never looked back, cannot now tolerate the lattes with syrup I used to love as they are way way too sweet.

Still frustrating with my reduced activity levels – amazing how you take it for granted and miss not just the physical but the mental benefits of being active – I am trying to do some yoga that does not stress my leg and spending some time on breathing techniques and some meditation and relaxation.

Hi Believeit, I haven’t seen you since the 9th. Is everything OK?

Babu,, I know you had a lot on your plate. The 3rd is a long time ago. Time is flying. How is it going?

BlueMonday, Bongbong and Bonniedonnie, I’ve not heard a peep since you signed up. Are you just lurking or are you a part of this challenge?

Bignige99, we saw you on the 5th but nothing since. Is this working for you?

Headlion, are you still with us? Krazylady78 is also since 2nd January. Are you up for the challenge?

Lovingmylife, I have a feeling you are on holidays. Will keep you in the list.

Lyna2017, I haven’t heard from you since the 3rd. Do you still want to be included in the challenge? Same for Mama2boys.

Hope you are feeling better soon, AT. Thanks for bringing me up to speed.

Animalhouse0200, looking forward to seeing a post from you some time soon.

    Day 13……. Florida…..FD

Let me start off, by thanking everyone for their kind words! You all are the best!

So, I did end up going over my calories and I did lack on my water intake but sometimes that happens, I’m okay with that. I can’t always be perfect. Looking forward to FD. I quite enjoy a FD after a Willy Nilly, over my calorie NFD.

Fuvvie…. I blame the stroy telling on my education. I have a degree in education that focus on English. During my studies, I had to take a couple creative writing classes which one of the focused on story telling and keeping the audience interested. As you can tell, it was by far my favorite subject. No, I dont teach because of a few rules and laws put into place that don’t help our kids, and I refuse to be apart of the problem. I am active in trying to change them, so one day I can get back into the class room.

Lany36….. I’m so glad you stuck with it. I think many people come into 5:2, thinking of it as a diet. As many of know diets are temporary, meaning only around long enough to help us reach our goals. But you my dear, changed that thought by sticking with it, turning it into a WOL. Studies show that changing your eating habits as a way of life, are able to maintain their weight loss for life. Plus, it just goes to prove that 5:2 is easy enough to do in any situation. Bravo!

Elsocotton….. I am a chocolate lover too, especially when paired with pastries…. but believe me when I say that doing this WOL, has changed the way I think about them as well as how many of them I eat. Please give it sometime, it will become that way for you as well.

    Vaderz….. what’s a Bikkie

Please remember, all though the date is the 13 and the day is Friday, each of us are in control of our destinations. The stars, a date or even cosmic forces don’t not choose our destiny, they are only there as hurdles or stepping stones to enhance our daily lives! We choose our destination, we chose our destiny.

    Cheers!

    Day 13– Colorado, USA– FD

Wow, Bert, epic day at work! So good to be appreciated & also have those kind words backed up with a tangible reward. Obviously you earned both. Sweet!!

lily martin– thank you for the reminders.
This WOL is not about shame or feeling bad. Those negative labels only lead to guilt & self-sabotage. We need to practice speaking kindly to ourselves as we would a dear friend. “Think happy thoughts. Speak kind words.”

There are simply better food choices that we can make, one meal at a time. One of the biggest benefits I’ve received from intermittent fasting (along with the incredible weight loss) is awareness. Awareness of my food choices (much healthier now) and portion sizes (wow, I used to load up my plate!)

Vaderz– I don’t know what bikkies are, but if they come with wine… I’m sure I’d like ’em!! πŸ˜€

Lany– great job on the 42.5 hour Fast! That is a solid block of time and an excellent “rest/ re-set/ restore” period for your body. All good things!!

emilymeg & other runners on here– I do like reading about your running accomplishments. I’ve been off running since last June (terrible feet, then bilateral foot surgeries.) Orthopedic surgeon is releasing me to try baby-steps back into running beginning in March. I can NOT wait!! It’ll be a slow recovery & return, but running outdoors in nature is such a joy.

AT– I’m with you on the sweeteners. I’ve cut out all sugars & added sweeteners too, but Boy was it a process. Not able to do it cold-turkey in one go. In reality, it took multiple attempts over probably a year or two of whittling down, but it’s now a solid habit for me.

My taste buds have actually changed & I can now sense immediately how much sugar is added to things even like tomato sauce, canned soup and ketchups. Blech.

And, AT, I’m so frustrated for you that your leg is causing you such grief. It’s so difficult to be accustomed to regular exercise, then have it taken away! (see my bit about missing running above.) Luckily, I have been able to swap out strength training to stay fit in the meantime. Hopefully, you will heal soon & may return to your yoga! All your friends at walking club must be missing your company. Healing vibes across the miles to you!!!

I’m still here just a bit shy…πŸ˜€feeling less bloated already .Plodding along fine thanks .

    Hi Furvie,

Could I start on Monday 16th January with my first fast day being Tuesday please?

Do I need to do anything else? Really need to do this!!!!

    Thank you Amigos4 xxx

    Hi everyone,

I also need a bit of help with the fast day process! I see loads of different fasting combinations and am so confused by it all, please help!

    Thank you Amigos4 xxx

Day 13 – St. Louis, MO – USA – NFD

Added an extra FD in yesterday as the day prior I most certainly went over and above…a tremendous eating effort on my part! Hmm…

The further along I get into the WOL the more I see the benefits that far exceed or at least add to, the weight loss.

My mood is steady – I am calmer and happier. I am kinder too. I see things as the cup half full instead of half empty. I laugh out loud – hard belly laughs. A couple of nights ago at dinner my son said something funny and I laughed so hard tears ran down my face. The kids were delighted! My OH said how thankful she is that I bought this new Chrome book because since having purchased it I sit around and read these posts and watch YouTube videos of Dr. Fung and others and as a result I have learned so much about 5:2 and LCHF and myself. The added bonus – this has made a tremendous difference in our relationship.! My sons and I call her ‘the saint’ and for good reason! She has been putting up with my shitty moods for the last couple of years as I became more and more depressed over the weight gain and overall feelings of hopelessness.

Feeling a little humble today about all I have to be thankful for, and dear friends of this WOL – I appreciate you more than you know.

The weight will continue to drop, I have absolutely no doubt, and my partnership will survive!

    Bliss.

    Stay Strong!

Day 13 Surrey UK NFD Don’t think I posted yesterday? Oh boy, where are the days going? Checking in for today!

UK day 13 NFD All good, looking forward to a lovely weekend making good choices

    D13/NFD/Finland
Sitting in my bank and waiting for my turn. Next FD Sunday and enjoing food until then. FDs give a good feeling every time and that I am one step nearer my goal. I have made A decision not to by any clothes until April. It gives motivation to continue even when it is not so easy.

    Amigos4….. Welcome

Let me see if I can you started.

I recommend reading Dr Mosley books, if your cheap like me watch his documentary on YouTube.

This WOL simply is 5 days of normal eating, trying to stay under your TDEE. TDEE is the number of calories you burn being you and your life. You can find yours at the top of the page.

Then 2 days a week, anyday you choose you only eat 500 calories, if you have female parts, 600 calories if you have male parts.

You can eat what you like, no eating requirements, no forbidden foods. eat what you like, when you like. The only requirement to make this work is 5 days a week you eat your TDEE and 2 days a week you eat 500 or 600 calories.

    Easy enough right?

Just starting out, I strongly suggest following Dr. Mosley way until you get the concept. You can tweak it, in the future. One step at a time, finding what works for you! Jumping in full throttle does not make the process easier nor does it make it faster!

Many members of the group including me tweak the program, not for quicker results but because it fits us and our lifestyle for the long run. You’ll find your balance, don’t rush it.

Warning… the first fast day will be hard… but they get easier and although in the coming days you won’t believe me but you’ll find you enjoy a fast day.

Don’t be afraid to ask question, share your story. If it’s a bad day tell us! You’ll find that we understand, we offer support, we encourage and we give tips like their is no tomorrow. Good days we like to hear them too… your success is our success!

I hope I gave you enough to get you started! If .I missed anything just say hey wait a minute what about this? I need to know about …..

P.S…… please drink enough water… it will be your saving grace.

    Cheers!

Amigos4– Welcome! Feel free to jump in with us. The water’s fine. πŸ˜€

So that we are all on the same page & to make it easier for Fuvvie to track us, everyone should start their posts like this:

1– Day #. It matches the day of the month, not what day you began 5:2. So if it’s January 15th, you’ll write Day 15.

    2– where you are from.

3– and if it is Fast Day (FD) or Non-fasting Day (NFD0 for you.

Example: Day 13– Colorado, USA– FD.

Also this challenge works best if you pop into the thread daily! Write as much or as little as you’d like to.
Stick around & you should have very good luck!
