  • Hi @tillysmum
I was wondering about this too and found a definition by @lynzm :

    Pocketeers or Pocket Group definition

“Original Pocket groups were little group of people that wanted to do an extra challenge from the usual 5/2, so if you wanted to do a B2B or a water only Fast etc. You would put your challenge forward and others would join it.
You would right everyone’s name down and keep it in your pocket to give you extra incentive for the extra challenge you have attempted.

Recently this has evolved into a list of people that are having a Fast day that day, so there’s one near enough everyday. However if this helps keep momentum then it’s all good for those that want to do it that way and like to add your name to the list for extra incentive.”

    Day 8 – Tokyo, Japan – NFD 79.2kg

    I’m enjoying my NFD!
@monkeydo – It is good that the definition for Pocketeers is evolving. It shows that this WOL is thriving and that people care about what they are doing. Thank you for digging up that history!

@fatrabbit – I personally think the biggest issue with 800 calories / day for eight weeks is nutrition. You have at least part of the problem licked since you seem to mostly eat vegetables. I guess you might have some issues with vitamins like B12, maybe you could wrap pickles in crispy seaweed for that. Since you are losing some weight though, your body is probably also pulling a lot of stuff out of your fats and extra body tissue. Anyway I’m impressed with your progress, you see to be losing the weight very quickly. You may not feel that way, but it took me over 4 years to lose about 60 pounds!

Today I don’t care about my weight being higher because when I looked in the mirror this morning I had more loose skin around my middle. In fact there is a skin fold going all the way across my belly that wasn’t there before. Loose skin means more fat is gone. This skin slowly tightens up and men don’t have to wear bikinis so I’m fine with it for now.

Pocketeers you are close to the finish line!!!

    Day 8 – California- FD
    😀

Day 7 – SW WA USA – NFD

A visiting & traveling day. Basically keeping things to a 16:8.

A very windy day so some WiFi issues. Hopefully will catch up on posts this evening.

    Day 8 NZ NFD
I had planned to fast today but fell by the wayside very early in the day. I think I will now leave it until Monday. I’m struggling at the moment. Must get my head in the right space again.

    Day 7 – Croatia – FD
    Weight: 78.2 Kg

    Day 8, Germany, NFD
    Weight 54,7 kg

I’m so glad the weekend is here, had a terrible week at work and just time to check in every day. This weekend I’m going to read the posts from last week, I have a lot to catch up.

    Have a nice weekend everyone!

    2nd post

@orpheusx just read the news of the terrible attack in Stockholm, again so many died and got injured, I’m so sorry. Are you OK?

    Day 8 UK NFD

    Day 8 Kent UK NFD

Dog Walk, dance class and then gardening. This is my ideal day especially as the weather is expected to be great. Keeping food controlled as weigh in tomorrow.

    Have a great weekend all.

My sympathy to the peaceful people of Stockholm for their loses in this latest tragedy. The London bombing is still very fresh in my mind, evil forces are still loose in the world. Chemical Weapons and bombing just highlight that human beings are neither kind or intelligent. Answers are never found in violence, it is weakness.

    Day 8, Newcastle UK, NFD

My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Stockholm affected by yet another act of atrocity. @orpheusx – hope you are safe and well.
    @hannahwatto – we’ve got your back – onwards & downwards!
@tillysmum – I’ll start an acronym list with those that I know and I’m sure others will contribute.
    FD = Fast Day
    NFD = None Fast Day
CD = Controlled Day – usually associated with NFDs to ensure we don’t over do it and undo the good work of our FDs.
B2B = Back to back FDs. If following the original 5:2 plan – some people opt to do both FDs back to back – whilst others may split them up.
B3B = I believe this means 3 FDs done back to back.
ADF = Alternate day fasting. Some people follow this plan vs original 5:2
5:2 = original plan of 5 NFDs and 2 FDs.
4:3 = tweak to the original plan which could also be 3:4, 2:5 etc.
BDS = Blood Sugar Diet – Dr. Mosely’s latest diet/health plan
That’s all I can think of for now.
@rosa86 – alarm bells went off when I read about your planned bananas and apple juice fasting regime. I am no expert, but I’d imagine this could cause high blood sugar and subsequent insulin surges. @dykask – please help out here – am I right to be concerned?
@onahealthyhigh – had to look up the definition of Konmaried and find that I already live this way. It’s a liberating experience to declutter and only keep what actually gets used in a well organised manner. Good luck with your pests!
In the face of all the hate and violence in the world – let’s never forget that the vast majority of people are decent and Together we’re Stronger.

Great, forum’s eaten my reply when I don’t c/p it for once.

    Day 8 / UK / NFD

@okeydokey, day 7 turned out to be more of a NFD after all (in tight control though. I am not actually sure what the exact definition of CD is, but it wasn’t going overboard with indulgences but a conscious decision that was right in the context of the situation).

I was having a perfectly breezy FD going–until 8.30pm when I met with a friend at a late museum opening. I was just not going to be that friend who sits by fasting while my friend is having freshly-made pizza from a food van on her own. A) borderline anti-social behaviour and b) pizza! This is precisely what the flexibility of 5:2 is about and I am fully consoled and redeemed by the thought that I would have totally stuck to it had I been on my own.

The weekend will be full of more social activities and hanging out with various friends, so fasting will be difficult. But I will try to eat mindfully around it, cutting out my rich breakfast for starters (I may keep the calcium parts 😉 but it will be interesting to see whether I crave it when technically I could have it on a day designated as a NFD) and not constantly putting food into my mouth.

Next weekend will be equally difficult, massively looking forward to sister-time in London. So I will have as many FDs I can manage during the week, Mon/Tue definitely. I’ll see how I feel when Wed comes around and maybe even Thu (but I will of course update as I go along).

    Day 8 UK FD800

    Day 8 – Cumbria UK – NFD
    Today’s Weight: 54.3kg BMI: 20.2

My thoughts to the peaceful people of Stockholm for their loses in this latest tragedy – when will the world learn that we can live together in harmony…………..Hope no one on this forum has been directly affected – @orpheusx are you OK?

Woke up to another lovely sunny day in my beautiful Cumbria – feeling refreshed and good after yesterday’s FD (under 250cals) not feeling hungry so will wait to break my fast with brunch late morning?

Weather in the UK going to be great this weekend – whether doing a NFD/CD or FD have a fun day enjoying life!

    Day 8 – Notts UK – NFD
Current weight: 90.9 kg Goal weight for April 85 kg

My first day on this new way of eating/dieting. Looking forward to seeing some good results. I like that this is the only diet (don’t really like the word diet too many bad experiences in the past) that allows flexibility so have very high expectations!
Okeydokey and Monkeydo thank you for the explanation – I now understand and Strawberriesandcream thank you for the acronym list very helpful.
Good, sunny weekend coming up in the UK just what we all need.

    Day 8, London, UK, NFD,

Yesterdays’ FD turned into a well below TDEE NFD – It’s always a learning curve, so now I need to figure out how an unexpected change of plans (leaving me with far too much free time!!!) shouldn’t lead to me hurling myself off the wagon!!!! Will I never learn to keep that dragon locked up tight until just before the kitchen goes into lockdown!!!!

So it’s been a 5:2 week, rather than the 4:3 that ADF gave this week, so next week, keeping to my ADF schedule should be a 3:4 week……….. we’ll see!!!

Good luck everyone……………… a bit off peace, love and acceptance wouldn’t go amiss right about now…………………..my word for today…………..perspective!!!!!

    Day 8 UK FD🌈

2nd FD, (B2B)really trying to make an effort this week with Fasting, I’m on that plateau that we all seem to visit. Gonna keep going.

Was so hungry last night, but it was late and I made myself have bath read a magazine and go to bed. Woke up much better knowing I’d been good, promising myself breakfast this morning, however now it’s morning I’m not hungry which goes to show it was not actually my body rather than my mind wanting to eat.
    Dragon slayed! 🐲

Ps love my explanation of pocketeers and pocket group was reused – along with my spelling mistake – ha ha 😂😂😂😂 write not right! 😂😂😂😂

Have a fab day all 😊🌟Together we are stronger 🌟and just catching up on posts with my morning coffee sets me up for the day, and spurs me on during the day when feeling the temptation. 🌟

Day 8, Cumbria UK , fd
Just a quick check in, I’ll read all the posts later once the chaos here has calmed ☺

    2nd post🌈
Thanks @strawberriesand cream for the acronym list, didn’t realise how many we actually use, I think new ones are introduced as the months progress, I love we have this little shorthand for our group. 🌷🌺🌸and new people don’t worry there are so many variation of the 5 2, as you go along you will try different things by reading others posts, then you will find out what’s best for you.

Basic-Original plan – 5 days normal eating (try not to overeat, better results) 2 days Fasting with 500cals for women or 600 cals for men. The 2 Fast days can be any days just stick to two a week.

    Day 8 – NZ – NFD

    Day 8 Newcastle UK NFD.
    Weight 207.5
Had a good week, exercise rowing machine 2hrs 10mins so far mountain bike 10 miles last Sunday. Stuck to my weekly targets 2 FD 5 NFD with real control of my portion sizes on none fasting days.
Really enjoying the Fast Diet I definitely think reading other people’s posts and posting myself has a positive effect on my weight loss. Keep at it everybody good luck with your goals.
@okeydokey not sure if I’m meant to put my stats-up but have seen other people do it just in case you needed them for that spreadsheet. Thanks for all your hard work much appreciated.
As of the 1st of April.
    Hight 6ft 1.5″
    Weight 212lbs
    Chest 45″
    Waist 47″
    Hip 42″
My wife was FURIOUS with me the other day for putting a stick in a none stick pan 😜 have a fabulous weekend people.

    Day 8 -UK – FD

I am going to do another FD as the past two days FDs have gone really well and I am not hungry this morning so it doesn’t make sense to eat for the sake of it. I’ll see how the day develops.

I’ve noticed that some fellow fasters on here have trouble with sleeping. Maybe not on this thread though. Anyhow, I thought I might mention that my son does 5:2 to keep his weight in check. He told me that he finds he has trouble sleeping on a fast day because the fast creates too much energy to sleep !

    Day 8 – Croatia – NFD
    Weight: 77.6 Kg

    Day 8……Florida….. NFD

Hey, could someone pull the car around? I fell off the wagon and I’m having trouble running for it. So, I figure if one of you could just pick me up and drive me to the wagon, I could possibly get my arse back into my seat.

I did weigh in this morning right on schedule, I stayed the same and didn’t gain anything but I am positive my big mistake will show up sooner or later.

Tahaga….. For the most part my co workers are very excepting people and very in tuned to my way of eating. However, the bosses are at a covering convention and the previous owner came in to help out, so we are not so short handed. She like her son, my boss is such a great person and always brings treats in for the employees. Cookies, donuts, etc. Since, she is only with us maybe 2 times a year, she doesn’t know my dietary changes. I won’t make her adjust what she likes to do, to help me along. For the most part, I do try and avoid it but sometimes, I am week. Like this morning, it is her last day, so we all are meeting before we open to havebreakfast together.
    Oh, such is life!

Okay well, I must get ready!

Be classy, sassy and a bit bad assy today!

    Saturday day 8 Portugal FD

Don’t usually fast on a Saturday but after the week I’ve had….
I’m feeling hungry right now but determined to make this a good fast day. Hopefully it will be well under 500cal as I plan to just eat a salad for dinner. Tomorrow I may continue but with one main meal around 500-600 calories. How are you getting on –
    @mrsgettingthere
    @metatauta
    and any other weekend fasters?
    A good weekend to all!

Not posted for a day or two as we have been very busy with our garden revamp.
2 1/2 days of hard graft digging, lifting & generally getting filthy.
Not had a fast day tho so had the energy to do the work.
Planning in Monday as a FD.
    Anyone else?

    Day 8 – FIN – NFD

Feeling like I’m slowly moving closer to getting rid of this flu. I always get impatient and hope to be rid of these illnesses sooner than my body is able to defeat them, and it annoys me that those last few symptoms want to hang around for so long. Spring is slowly closing up on us – there are still small piles of snow here and there, but the sun is shining today. Thinking of going for a walk to enjoy the weather.

@hhq Thank you! Congratulations on moving so much closer to your weight loss goal already in your first week. Keep up the good work!
It’s indeed interesting how we may at times have these images that might not correlate with the truth. I also tend to consider for example Norwegians as people who lead a very active and healthy life, but apparently they’re heavier than us Finns when comparing the overall averages.

@umka6 Thank you for your kind wishes.

@dykask Sounds like a very smart move and diet change. It’s impressive that you manage to stay even under WHO’s newest recommendations (10% of the overall daily intake, and preferably 5% (~25 g)). If my sources are correct, sugar is not something we necessarily need, but tend to get addicted to pretty easily (I know I’m one of those). But you probably knew all of this already.

Day 8 – USA – NFD but needs to be very very CONTROLLED!!!

    Good morning everyone.

Yesterday’s NFD went well until 5pm and margaritas. I drank too much and as a result ate too much. Stress from the week on my shoulders and my 6-year-old being extremely challenging yet again did not help in this regard since I gave in to some emotional eating. The outcome was the three pounds I lost on my FD were all regained. So discouraging because this is a pattern – the weight I lose on FDs comes right back on the NFDs. Which tells me I am eating too much on NFDs. So this weekend’s goal is to not eat too much!!!

    Day 8-CFD-US

Disappointed that let myself overly indulge yesterday. I had a good mindset and was offered coffee by a loved one (caramel latte) which I tried to refuse. They kept saying coffee is good for you, but I knew if I drank it that those sugar taste buds would go bonkers..which they did!

I had a salad with fruit and chicken breast with a poppyseed dressing and a light corn chowder for lunch, along with some potato chips. Then we took our daughter to an Ice cream spot where I had a dark chocolate cone.

Then I came home and did chores and cooked dinner which consisted of curried chicken and baked potatoes. I had a lot of that.

Then I ate more chips and an ice cream bar. Then some chocolate, It was really too much. It may have been okay if I had just eaten food, but the snacks ugh! So today I find I weigh 1.6 lbs from yesterday. I know sugar is my foe if in excess. Plus I slept badly which is another indicator, as I am a very sound sleeper.

I really want to make this a fast day, but I normally run errands on Saturday with my husband which always means breakfast out. So it will probably be a CFD. I will post an update tomorrow.

    Day 8: Gloucestershire, UK: NFD

Another lovely cloudless day here. What a good week off I’ve had, weather-wise!
Food-wise? Still hoping for a fast-day sometime or other….it’s been well over a month now.
Maybe (better be) next week when I’m back at work on the Royal Mail deliveries, who knows?
I know for a fact I haven’t lost ANY of the 8 pounds+ I’ve gained since falling by the wayside at around Christmas/New Year.
We are going on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Holy Land in June….I’d like to be back at my goal weight by then……..

Day 8 – East Coast Canada – NFD
End of the ice – heading out for a bacon breakfast at our curling club – I’ve been saving up for it! Bike season begins 🙂

    Day 8 – South Korea – NFD
Starting on thursday afternoon I did a 48 waterfast (only drank water) and I broke it this afternoon with vegetable broth, some vegetables and rice. And eventhough I was physically full my mind played a very dirty game and tricked me into eating a cup of very creamy, delicious dark chocolate icecream and eating a small bag of chips.
It’s so strange that I felt that I had to sacrifice so much over the two days (eventhough I did 48h waterfasts before) and would not have eaten the icecream and chips when I would have eaten regularly. I just couldn’t stop the cravings, does anyone relate and/or have tips?
So, I ate about my TDEE in calories today, so won’t count today as a FD. I’ll see what the scale says tomorrow morning…

    This week:
    Day 9 – NFD
    Day 10 – FD
    Day 11 – NFD

    Day 7 – UK – FD
    Day 8 – UK – NFD

Yesterday was a good fast, had an apple at lunch then fresh Tuna with stir fry for dinner. This morning I wasn’t particularly hungry and even declined breakfast in Starbucks – watched my OH eat fruit toast with butter (doesn’t help he’s the same weight he was when I married him almost 35 years ago!). He did say he felt guilty but it didn’t stop him😀.

I tried the dreaded scales this morning and a 1 lb loss. Might struggle to meet April target but a pound down is good news. I might have another go at 4:3 next weeek, we’ll see how I’m feeling.

Good luck for the weekend everyone.

Day 8 – USA (Utah, visiting) – NFD

Checking out of our vacation condo shortly, but just HAD to eat one of the blueberry streusel Trader Joe’s muffins that daughter bought for our stay here. We need to try to eat up some of this food we brought up with us.

Must pack up – hang in there everyone. Onward and downward!

    Day 8 – Germany – NFD

    Day 8 – USA – NFD

Sorry, Saturday pocketeers! Today will have to be a NFD…I will do my FD tomorrow (Sunday).

    Day 8 Maine NFD

Good morning all. Very sad to hear about Sweden – senseless & tragic…well said @jojo58. Our darling granddaughter spent the night – 14 going on 40 – very articulate. Excellent discussion regarding learning lessons from history – thought her youth would make her an optimist. But, she’s more of a realist than I am. In fact, she doesn’t think much progress has been made & most of it has been threatened by our choice in world leaders.

Consequently, food wise – stuck to minimum popcorn & yummy Cobb salad – balsamic dressing. Very satisfying. The decision was made to skip dessert & stop at local shop to p/u ice cream. Well, forgot this store had added a big bakery/coffee shop. Our town doesn’t allow “chains”, so this is to rival Starbucks…even better due to the bakery! We did get ice cream – & a cookie, whoopie pie, peanut butter bar, lemon square & apple turnover. Sliced all in little pieces & I ended up sampling all. What a sugar rush – not sure my stomach will ever be the same! All the leftovers are being boxed up for her to take home!!

Wish I could do a FD – but, dinner at neighbors tonight. However, will be very controlled! Just don’t even want to look at food! Tomorrow, another food day – breakfast with friends & Seder dinner with another friend. Monday, Boston for a museum tour w/2 long time friends. Yikes! That leaves Tues for FD – last day of my winter sabbatical! Thinking work will make 5/2 easier, for sure!!

Make it a great day everybody!

@chumi – I took advantage of where I was living, Tokyo. Most of the Japanese foods don’t have sugar added to them. You can get sugary foods, but it is also easier to avoid. There are a few dishes Japanese use sugar in, but in general they are not used to much sugar in most dishes. If I was still in the states it would have been much more difficult to avoid as much sugar as I did.

When I first cut back, it was by accident. I was making my calorie restriction even larger and I gave up my ice cream I had once a day. It didn’t help that much with losing weight, but my hunger that drove me nuts went away. (Less hunger and I was eating less.) So I experimented and by making some changes I was able to get rid of most of the added sugar in my diet. I started losing weight quickly and at that time I was shocked that a lot of it came off my mid-section. At that point I was actually eating more while losing weight because some of the replacement foods were higher calorie. I started hitting the books and that is how I ended up fasting too.

Basically everything I was doing was wrong for me. I was messing up my metabolism by not eating enough, I also had to take vitamins and I was losing some lean body mass because I was doing too much cardio. I felt horrible and I was actually slowly gaining fat. I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t lose weight because I was eating less and moving like crazy. It just doesn’t work well for me.

We are all different. Some people don’t seem to have the same issues I did with sugar. However in my case there seems to be a threshold and when I consume too much sugar I can feel it. It also seems to vary with the type of food. I can have a little ice cream if I don’t go crazy. It seems that I can eat fruit all day, I’ve never managed to overconsume on fruit and I’ve tried to do it multiple times. However three teaspoons of brown sugar in my oatmeal gave me the jitters. So some forms of sugar I seem to absorb too quickly.

I’ve often had borderline high blood glucose so I suspect I was highly insulin insensitive. That is the main reason I started trying fasting. However after I got serious about fasting my body started changing too. I actually started building muscle again. The biggest change was my energy really improved. Now I find fasting for 36 hours pretty easy. I’ve probably done over 50 times and hunger is rarely an issue.

When I first cut sugar I was at 94kg and ~100cm around my waist. Calorie restriction had got me form 106kg to 92kg but then I couldn’t hold it. Four months after cutting sugar I was down to 86kg and 85cm around my waist. 5:2 has taken me to 79kg range and about 82cm around my waist. Twenty years ago I was able to stay around 90kg just by exercise. My body no longer responds the same way. I think younger people have better luck with calorie restriction and exercise. I’m at the age were it seems what I eat is really more important than how many calories I eat. However on a weekly basis I’m still consuming less than 15000 calories, so I’m not eating crazy amounts of food.

Fasting once a week at the moment. Lose a lot of water, but regain some the next day. Very slow process! Monday is fasting; will try new combination.

    Day 8 USA-WA FD Weight 140
@erika45 I’m with you all on the fast train today!

Had a good NFD yesterday with the treat of a beautiful concert of Mozart’s Requiem performed by our area choral society. This morning starts with a lively Zumba class, taught by a lovely young woman who says “you remind me of my mother, only perkier” which kind of cracks me up! From Mozart to Zumba … what a great life!

    Day 9 – California, USA – NFD

Does anyone here do Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) with the fast day equaling something between 700-800?

If so, how’s it been, did you get results?

    Anonymous

Also, for anyone curious, I’m up a day as I started right before April with the other side of the globe. 🌏🌹

Day 8, Rocky Mountains, US, FD 800 cals

    Weight April 1: 128.4
    Weight April 8: 127.1 😊😊😊

    Have a great weekend everyone!
    😊⚘😊⚘😊⚘😊

    Day 9, Germany, NFD
    Day 8, FD
Yesterday and the day before I had a back2back fasting. It’s much easier than fasting with one or two days gap. @marthalt same as u I feel some water loss. @happyslim I think as long as u keep under ur TDEE you don’t have to be worried. For me craving over sweets and deserts usually comes from daily stress.

Yey, Erika 45, metatauta and krisnia, let’s do this!!!! Who needs weekend treats?😭🍷 don’t worry metatauta, even a Sunday fast is a great achievement xxx

Day 8, USA, Missouri Ozarks, NFD

Still maintaining below goal weight of 145. Staying in the 140-143 range which is great. 143 is really better than 140, it shows in my face below that weight,

    Hello all,

Another gorgeous day, the woods are filled with blooming redbud and dogwood trees ! Have a busy day, lots of cooking and preparing. Celebrating two family birthdays tomorrow here at the farm, the kids want chili dogs so that is easy – also making homemade potato salad, cole slaw, deviled eggs, baked beans, will have potato chips as well. Making a fudge marble Bundt cake with chocolate glaze (my son’s favorite cake) and probably a banana cream pie. First real big get together with some of the extended family since Christmas so looking forward to it. Lots of food the week before Easter but we celebrate Easter with a dinner on the grounds after church (followed by gospel singing in the afternoon) so dinner won’t be here at the farm.

Wishing you all well and thanks for the kind comments, AT. I do think exercise is the key once maintenance weight is achieved. Exercise alone won’t really take weight off to much degree but I have found that it makes the difference between “skinny” and “fit” once the weight is lost.

Luckily, it is one of my life’s little pleasure to exercise. A saving grace, I suppose.

    Day 8 – Switzerland – NFD

Oh good grief, NFDs are so difficult for me to master. FDs are fine, I can just get on with them, and once I start, I stick with them. But NFDs… *sigh* …some are fine, but others, I just do well up to a point, then hurtle into a frenzy of unhealthy food choices.

My current theory on this is that somewhere inside I’m seeking the warm satisfied ‘loved-up’ feeling generated by a serotonin rush, as I tend to be seeking out sugary snacks rather than fats. Anyway, this week, it’s not been ‘working’, as each sugary mouthful leaves me feeling ‘meh’. So I’m going to join @bert1802 in our rush for the back of the wagon as it trundles ahead of us.

My previous craving was for nuts and raisins, which went away when I started taking a serious multivitamin/iron supplement. I would deeply and sincerely like to lose this protective covering of fat – I just wish I could keep an extra dose of ‘determination’ for weak moments, which push me further from my goal.

Day 8 NFD St. Louis USA
Had a dip cone last night but still stayed with in my TDEE. Not fasting till Monday but going to continue to eat sensibly and mindfully. I am planning on taking my sister-in-law to breakfast tomorrow for her birthday. We are going to a restaurant called The Egg and I. Will check out the menu before I go and the calories. I have found that helpful when I am going out to eat.

I also want to extend sympathy and prayers to the people in Stockholm, and Syria as well. So sad and terrifying to hear these reports of suffering.

Best of luck to all the fasters for this weekend. Such her age! I’m not ready for that yet.

@okeydokey ignore those measurements lol used a metal tape measure and got it wrong

Hope it hasn’t caused any extra work😱😨.

@skinnylove Thanks for the update.✨😊Having pizza with your freind ✨is good for the soul. Probably a joy you will remember. We are able to do the 5:2 diet and enjoy what we want. The 5:2 being flexible allows you to be flexible✨😊✨Have a good weekend.
@steve-toon-taxi-driver ✨😊That is fine, I will do my updates on our group worksheet on Monday.✨✨✨✨✨🤜🏻✨🤛🏻✨✨✨✨✨
