20 hour fast

  • Hi everyone I have a question I hope you can help me with. If I were to fast for 20 hours three times a week without the calorie restriction during the eating period would I still gain any of the health benefits low ilgh for example. Thanks in advance Andy

    If you’re not looking especially for the fat/weight loss, then answer is YES. Fasting by itself, merely, has lot of health benefits. But, if you also want to add to the bucket list benefits, the fat loss, then, you goanna need to see for the calories.
