  • Hi all. So rapt with my first week. Fasted without a problem. Not hungry and wasn’t ravinous when I started eating again. Down not quite 1.8 kilos but amazed with measurement loss. Much more energy. Feel less bloated. 2 down 28 to go. Good luck all.
