I have hit the 1 stone mark, and am so pleased, I have been doing this now for 8 weeks.
I have added in another fast day so I do Monday/Tuesday and Thursday, I exercise for 20mins twice a week Hits, and walk my dogs every day for 20mins.
I do have a office job and sit on my bum 5 days a week for 8 hours a day, so its not been easy to move around.
I have cut right back on alcohol, 2 glases of win on a saturday,
I have 1 desert and 1 mini magnum at the weekend
I watch what i am eating the rest of the week and try and make it 1300k, excepet for a Saturday and I dont.
this so works and I am so pleased, I havent got to my goal yet, I want to loose 10kilo in total , and then another 4kilo, and then I am happy
