Monday – Tuesday

  • Hi Everyone,

    I’ve been doing Monday, Tuesday for the last 6 weeks.
    On fast days I have a piece of fruit around 9, plenty water and a cuppa soup or two at lunch then a main meal with lots of salad or veg and a 100gm tuna or chicken.
    Lost 8kg so far, have had a bad knee so can’t exercise much ATM either, so pretty happy 🙂 See what another six weeks brings.

    Congratulations! Monday & Thursday worked very well for me for a couple months, but now I really enjoy my Monday fasts and not any other fasting days, so I am thinking that if I do a second full-day fast, Tuesday might actually be a good day since I’m already mentally in the zone.
