Looking for long-term success stories for support. I started this diet at the end of Feb and lost 14 pounds in 11 weeks. Fell off the wagon and was only fasting occasionally because mentally I just couldn’t do it anymore. Gained back 16 pounds in 8 weeks. I’m so frustrated and trying to get back into it.
I feel like on my non-fasting days my body goes into panic mode and keeps wanting more and more…maybe trying to store for my next fasting day? I am also an emotional eater…especially during PMS.
When I first started doing this I thought it was great and a lifelong solution but now I wonder if it’s just another fad diet that I won’t be able to stick to and will just keep yo-yo dieting.
Any long-term success stories are much appreciated!
