I’m trying to lose some weight but would like some advice if I am applying the correct plan, I am currently 14.7 stone, I have no intentions to have a six pack but I want to get down to a natural weight, see below:
I usually start my day with a 5 mile run or going to the gym doing a HIIT or spin class (all sessions I do fasted).
Here is my current plan –
Breakfast – post workout:
Weetabix x 2 with semi skimmed milk
Banana
Black coffee
Mid morning snack:
Protein shake (diet whey)
Lunch:
Salmon
Brown rice
Green beans
Greek yoghurt
Mid afternoon snack:
Rice cakes x 2
Dinner:
Chicken
Veg
Sweet potato
snack after dinner:
Bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
Water:
Usually have about 7 pints of water per day
Any advice would be appreciated thanks!
