    I know the first week is mostly water, but its still a great feeling to see those scales move again. Amazed at how I really did just eat what I wanted the 5 days and only calorie counted 2
    So much easier than calorie or points counting every day , really do believe I could keep this going 🙂

    I lost 4lb in the first week too! It was a bit of a surprise but as you say, it’s mostly water and from now on you’ll be losing the fat. Don’t be disheartened if it suddenly drops to 1lb a week, it will fluctuate but my goodness you’ll notice the change in your size, such as with clothing, but in a good way!

    Measure your waist – I regret not measuring mine at the beginning of the diet – my tummy gets smaller and flatter by the week!
