First time 5:2

  • Hi all , im 30 yo male from greece this is my first experience with the 5:2 diet , im starting this week so my first weight measurement will be at friday and so every friday ill update my weight and ill also update every month , my goal is 75 kg / 11.81 stone / 165.34 lb , I dont know yet how much weight i need to lose but at friday ill update , my plan is 8 kg/17.6 lb / 1.26 stone in 8 weekes as i think i need to lose around this weight .
    The plan ; 5-6 times a week 2 hours walking + 2 times a week fasting 600 (no sweet drinks) , the rest of the week ill eat my normal meals.

    Welcome, and cheers on your new journey. Drink lots of water on your fasting days. When ever you get hungry have a glass of water, it will help a lot. Take care. ~Rabbette
