Howdy,
I have been following OMAD for the last 4 – 5 months, but am now trying to combine with 5:2 diet to get past a month-long plateau. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this, and, if so, how has it worked for you?

@feynman1977 – you still on here? Still fasting? For 3 weeks I’ve been doing a 4 hour feeding window, not strict OMAD, Mon-Fri and then controlled eating Sat/Sun. It’s amazing! Just curious if you were still plugging away with this.
