  • Hey Suzy, this is where you’ll be tracking your progress! Of course the below scheme is customizable to your own wishes, just thought I’d set up the most important things 😉 Now, log away!

    Ok, I will post the info on here as you’ve been kind enough to start a thread for me, but will keep my ‘story’ going in the Soul section too. I’ve only got one set of measurements today as it’s my start day, but will chart my weight losses (or gains) here weekly. My body measurements I think I’ll update monthly as I doubt I’ll see a change week by week.

    And thumbs…..seriously???

    They’re very important!!!! 😉

    And nah not a slave-driver. Maybe a little. Mostly motivator!
