When to weigh?

  • Hi have started Fast Diet today managing with with first fast. I weighed and measured myself this morning. I was just wondering how often to weigh in and when Surely eating after fast days you would have gained some of the weight lost. All advice gratefully received.

    Everyone can gain or lose two or more pounds on a daily basis. People weigh in depending on their personalities. If you are bothered by constant fluctuations in weight – get upset if you gain or lose a pound from one day to another – then weigh in once every two or three weeks.     I always weigh in on the morning after my second fast. This means that any difference is not affected.
