I’m a newbie from the U.S.A.
I’ve been doing Alternate Day for a week and a half. I actually gained 2 pounds. I waited till today (day 11) to even weight myself. I also do feel my stomach is a bit “puffy” by the way my pants fit, so it’s not a case of the scale not showing the loss. There is no loss. 🙁
I am waiting to stick with it but just wanted to see if anyone else out there experienced this?
I would, ideally, like to lose 25 pounds. I feel this “diet” is the natural way I have been eating my entire life so it suits me better. I know it sounds crazy, but I have always been starve and binge type of person, even when I was skinny minny : )
