I’m an 18 year old female and I have finally decided it is time to loose weight. My goal is to lose 60-80 pounds over the next two years but I have some concerns. My first biggest concern is sagging skin. I know I’m young and my skin most likely still has some elasticity, but it is still my biggest fear and I’m looking for some ways to prevent it as much as possible. I don’t have money to get plastic surgery so preventing sagging skin is my only option at the moment. I’m also looking for a good diet plan that will keep me on track. My biggest issue in the past is that I can’t stay on a certain calorie count because I enjoy certain foods too much. I don’t know how to incorporate them in a healthy way. As for exercise, I plan on swimming, walking on the treadmill, biking, and other basic techniques. It would also be helpful if I could learn some new exercises that will be beneficial to me so I don’t get bored too quickly. I know some new muscle-building techniques might help with the sagging skin.
